Very disappointed…..
Pros:

Very disappointing.. Prior to Covid I had come to this location and had enjoyed it for years. I have just gotten home from a four day stay and all I can say is what happened? Upon check in everything seem to go fine, I even noticed some changes and upgrades since my last visit. We got all checked in to our room 350 and all seemed fine until we noticed the dated bath tub that looked slightly warped or cracked inside at the bottom, then we found that the toilet would not flush unless you stood there and held the handle which was reported. The pool and hot tub you could see had a very dingy film on the inside of the tiles at the rim which was very disgusting , even one of the pillars of the pergola had rot which concerned me sitting under it. If you needed to contact the front desk you would have to call more than once because the phone would just ring and this was on several occasions. The AC unit in our room looked as though someone beat it with a bat, the cover appearing as though it was ready to fall off. We would go out during the early part of the day and upon returning housekeeping still had not cleaned, when we called about it they said they had until 4:pm so I’m like are they going to clean while we are in the room,so we just took fresh towels. As a Marriott rewards member for over twenty years I am surprised at the slump in quality at this location, one I used to enjoy thoroughly. The only reason I did not ask for a room change was because it was a hassle and an even more inconvenience after unpacking and getting settled in and we did not want to go through the moving process so we just grinned and bared it. Even upon check out the entire system went down and we could not check out and had to wait, and even then they had to call us on the road to confirm check out because their computer system had crashed. Overall I do not feel that I received the full value of my stay and will file a complaint with Marriott. I’m sure this will be my last visit to this location sadly..

My stay was nice
Pros:

The facility itself was nice I liked the location it was near several beaches , local Walmart and restaurants

Cons:

Upon arrival my hotel bathroom smelled like urine from previous people. They clean rooms every other day when they did the bathroom still smelled like that it was the shower curtain like someone peed In should basically I wish the were more efficient cleaning .
