Pros:

Location good.

Cons:

Room not clean. Bathroom had hair and soap on shower wall. Coffee station in bathroom loaded with dust. Room floor was not swept or vacuum. Poor housekeeping!

Front desk staff needs customer service training!!! No welcome greeting, no energy, no nothing! Both trash cans outside front door running over with trash!!

Pros:

The hotel was easy to access and close to many restaurants. Parking lot was nice. Room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. The price was great.

Took a while to get checked in due to them not having access to booking data? Aww also asked for extra towels and it took over an hour to get them.

Great location, horrible staff too to bottom.
Pros:

Room was not cleaned upon check in. Dirty socks in the bed and hair in the shower and toilet . Front desk staff and manager did not care.

Cons:

I understand mistakes are made, probably best to apologize and make it right instead of claiming that they thought we made the room dirty and out dirty laundry in the bed within 5 minutes of checking in.
