I purchased the breakfast with my room and each morning it was an issue obtaining my breakfast. The ladies at the bistro had to call front desk and verify each day if I had paid for the breakfast and I in fact had.

Our stay at Courtyard Sandestin Florida.
Pros:

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The lobby is huge and has plenty of areas to allow for work if needed. The desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is large and has a firepit for relaxing. Plenty to do in the area including the sugar sand beaches.

The room was very comfortable, modern and well laid out. We wish the balcony was private though.
Pros:

The room was modern and laid out well. We had everything we needed. It was fun being close to a golf cart community that had lots of walking paths.

Cons:

We had a balcony room, but they were not private balconies - you could see everyone above, below and next to you.
