Good food. Wonderful staff
Unfortunately a 5* hotel cannot guarantee 5* clients. Some of the golfing groups were a total pain. They turned up for dinner drunk and ate food straight from the buffet. No plates, dropping food all over. The group on the room below ours trashed their balcony and played loud music at 2am! The poor staff!

Lo mejor sin duda las instalaciones, el buffet libre y las camas.
La falta de enchufes en la habitación. Los pocos que habían estaban sueltos e incluso uno de ellos me dio un pequeño calambre. Otra cosa a mejorar es la limpieza. La habitación olía bastante mal al llegar a ella, y había pelos en el baño de los huéspedes anteriores.
La Tranquilidad y el poder comer en la cafeteria sin tener que ir a otro sitio en plan informal
Establecimiento magnífico.
Le hace falta una actualización a las habitaciones, incluyendo colchones y ALMOHADAS ( las nuestras estuvieron fatales), hay detalles por falta de mantenimiento.

La habitación de 30 m2 más un baño de 15 m2 nos pareció impresionante en cuanto a comodidad y calidad.
La comida en general estaba bastante bien hecha y aunque no había una gran variedad, era de una excelente calidad.
La cortesía del personal es impecable, pero les falta ese pequeño toque de amabilidad y cercanía que a veces te resulta agradable cuando estás fuera y no te has bajado de un Cadillac.
La tranquilidad de su situación y el trato del personal.
