Cons:

Het bed was doorgezakt. De badkamer was vies. Het toiletblok was kapot en bleef doorlopen. De vloerbedekking was vies. De lift was defect.

Mooi hotel met administratie issues

Rustige, kleine wellness en fijne bedden

Cons:

De interne communicatie. In de avond boekte ik sauna voor de volgende ochtend. We hadden laat uitcheck geboekt voor twee kamers, dus uit check om 13.00. Mijn moeder wilde lang uitslapen en sloeg de sauna over. In de ochtend staat mijn betaling van de sauna niet in het systeem. Gelukkig had ik de bon. Terwijl ik in de sauna bent wordt mijn moeder om 11.00 bruit uit de kamer gestuurd. Het is 11.00 en ze moet nu weg. Ze schrikt behoorlijk als ik het hoor spreek ik de huishoudens op aan. Ze heeft niks meegekregen dat we late uitcheck hebben en verwijst naar de receptie,
We kregen het geld terug van de late uitcheck. Maar dit is extreem onprofessioneel.

De locatie. Ik was hier voor een meeting.

Cons:

Ik ging voor een massage, ben zelf masseur en ik kreeg nooit een slechtere massage… heel veel lawaai, de deur in de gang die tijdens de “relax”massage constant dicht slaagde. De muziek was niet aangepast aan de massage en was veel te druk. De afwerking van de massage was nul. De helft van m’n benen werd niet gemasseerd. Bij het omkleden bleef de dame gewoon in de ruimte staan en kijken.

Hotel op zich is oké maar kamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe. Badkamer vooral is verouderd.

Establisment justo cerca del lugar donde teníamos que estar. Era un sitio para dormir.

Cons:

El cargador eléctrico reservado para el hotel no funcionaba; el alternativo al lado me resultó bastante caro.
