Very good experience overall but shower head frustrating to use & outdated TVs.
Pros:

Convenience to the where I needed to be. Very clean, quiet, great gym for me.

Cons:

I really didn’t like the shower heads, the pressure was ok but there was insufficient water flow - it came out on the edges or center only, i would prefer that the water sprayed from all openings, it took 2 or 3 times as long to wash my hair. There was also a lot of hair around the drain which should have been removed.

The TVs were outdated, didn’t have any apps.

Excellent hôtel, confortable et bien placé, proche de Downtown. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking gratuit. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix.

Cons:

Rien à redire, tout était parfait.

The women who helped us at the front counter because we booked through booking and the hotel was never notified, went out of her way to help us and get us a room after talking to booking for half hour.

To sum it all up my stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

Location conveniently close to amusement park and aquarium as well as cherry creek shopping center.

Cons:

I don't have anything negative to say. Me and my family were able to get a peaceful night sleep and that's very important to me.

Pros:

Breakfast was okay, omelet was good. I grabbed a biscuit thinking there was sausage gravy and there wasn't, so I was sad about that. 😂 The 24hr water and tea in the lobby was amazing! Staff was so friendly.

I would love to give 5 stars but a few significant things happened that made me have to change the r
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic. Much better than any other hotel I've stayed at. The options were great and it was never low on food. The room was very nice, loved the furniture choice and the nightlife in the bathroom. The bed was ok.

Cons:

The water for the coffee/tea was a bit to hot. My cup collapsed when switching hands causing the lid to come off. The tea spilt on my hand and forearm and I was burned all over. At one point the fire alarm went off and the fire department showed up. The staff weren't sure what happened and when they couldn't answer the fireman he got quite angry. That was a little worrisome. The tap for the shower has to be in just the right spot to be a temperature that's not too hot or cold. The water in the hot tub was more warm than hot.

We had a great tonight
Pros:

We chose this property for its location. The staff at the desk and the morning breakfast that’s provided our great people.

Cons:

The room we were assigned was comfortable but a little too close to the highway. Next time I’ll ask for a room further away from the road.
