Liked everything
Stuff was wonderful, answered all of our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we were able to get all of our family on the same floor, as we were there for a graduation.
The bathroom needs work, no vents in the bathroom, and we didn't have bodywash in our bathroom. The soap is so small you couldn't do anything with it. I feel that we shouldn't have to pay for parking if we are staying in the hotel.

It was close to the Huntsville tennis center where we had a tournament. Plenty of seating in the lobby to accommodate big groups. The elderly ladies cleaning tables were soooooo kind and nice.
The 4pm check-in ladies were very kind and helpful. But the Saturday 6am staff were not helpful at all. Buffett didn’t start till 7:30 on Saturday. Coffee machine near the desk was broken. I asked for recommendations to get a coffee and she didn’t know. Offered no options to get a cup of coffee. Ie: let me see if the kitchen can get you one real quick. I was willing to pay. Just not helpful at all. Not kind.
I also had urine drips on my toilet when I checked into my room.

Front desk under staffed. Parking needlessly complicated. Front desk failed to activate room key for parking and a pain to leave after checkout since they have to buzz you out @ busy checkout time.
