Ease of access to convention facilities, made to order breakfast, great selection of breakfast options, managers meet and greet in evening

Cons:

Parking not included in price, coffee not available until kitchen is open, the options for evening meet and greet hors d’oeuvres was nuts and cheese, other ES I’ve stayed at had several selections including mini cocktail sausages, meats and cheese with crackers,etc

Absolutely enjoyed this stay!! Exceptional!!!!
Pros:

The property landscape was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful! The ducks were so joyful!!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming!!!! The restaurant’s food was delicious! I just loved everything about the Embassy hotel experience!

Cons:

I can’t think of anything more that could be added to make my trip more enjoyable than it was!!! The hotel was exceptional.

Pros:

The convenience to my function. The staff was most helpful, especially housekeeping. The breakfast and social hour were great as well.

Cons:

The pool area was stuffy and hot. Better air circulation would've been great. Otherwise, tĥe pool area was good.

"NEEDS WORK"

Close to the neurologist that my wife needs to see every 3 months.

Ms Annette assist with breakfast on 5/30/26 she was Awe-some. The two male that make the omelette on 5/29 and 5/30 were very Rude. The Asian lady that made Omelette on 5/31/26 was kind and very polite. The white male who served Alcohol on 5/29 was not very nice. The one on 5/28 and 5/30 was better.The lady that checked me in on 5/28/26 was very nice, I liked the way she explained everything to me.

Cons:

I love that breakfast is free. The drinks and snacks in the evening, Alcohol and non alcohol drinks. I love my omelette. And I also love the text messages from Tiffany, to make sure our stays were comfortable. The connection to the VBC. I always love Embassy Suites. You guys just need better staff.
