Location was amazing. Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff during the day were very friendly. Parking was easy and using the room key to get in and out of parking lot was very convenient

Our first room toilet bowl was clogged and full of shit. The whole bathroom smells like poop! They called someone to unclogged it and that’s it! There were still poop stains in the toilet. They did not even offer to move us in different room until I asked to. The toilet in the room we were moved in still has some urine marks (let’s just wipe it) but the bedroom carpet is soaking wet due to clogged air condition. Breakfast is not good that we skipped our last day breakfast. Potatoes last like an old stock and pancakes like rubber. It’s not worth the stay and my money paying $568 for this? They charged me another $100 for what? They did not even explain it! I will never go back to any embassy suites hotel again!
Breakfast on Saturday was a tool zoo. The. 7:30 starting time was overwhelmed with people and not enough seating and long lines:

The hotel was modern and clean. The space was well managed and maintained. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was rich and it was a surprise finding out that they offer free drinks and snack from 5 to 7pm every day! The pool was a plus for the kids!
