Oui! Mais.
Pros:

Sa localisation, la propreté des chambres.
Le vrai plus c’était la vue sur le volcan Arenal, en option, c’etait époustouflant.

Cons:

Pas de restaurant, problème technique ?
Le petit déjeuner était peu qualitatif et quantitatif.

Prima schoon hotel met middelmatig ontbijt.
Pros:

De kamer was schoon, de 2 zwembaden waren mooi.

Cons:

We kregen 2 dagen voordat wij arriveerden een berichtje dat het restaurant gesloten was. Wel ontbijt, maar het was echt sfeerloos waar we ontbeten, en overal vliegen rondom het buffet. Je gaat ook niet echt gezellig zitten daar en een drankje doen omdat het zo ongezellig oogt.

DURANTE NUESTRA ESTANCIA HABIA VARIOS GRUPOS MUY NUMEROSOS DE ESTUDIANTES CON LOS QUE COINCIDIAMOS EN EL DESYUNO Y ESTO HACIA DIFICIL ENCONTRAR MESAS LIBRES Y TENER QUE ESPERAR UN RATO PARA SERVIRSE EL DESAYUNO

La habitación era muy grande. Tiene 2 piscinas y la estética de todo el hotel muy cuidada. Muy buen desayuno. Muy atento el personal.

Perfect stay and great value for money!
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a gorgeous garden. Our room was spacious and very clean. Shops, activities and the town are very close by. Staff extremely nice and helpful. We would highly recommend!

La ubicación y la vista son excelentes. El entorno enjardinado. El desayuno.

Cons:

La distancia hasta la habitación: 200 metros, a la llegada por suerte en bajada, sin embargo con maletas (sin ayuda) y bajo lluvia (sin paraguas) fue bastante incómodo. Las piscinas de agua a temperatura ambiente dejan un poco que desear ya que se publicitan las termales en casi todos los hoteles alrededor.
