Great Location
Pros:

Great location close to downtown. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Pros:

Room floor, bathroom were dirty.
Breakfast was "provided", over ripe bananas for both the morning, no cereal for the kids, no hot eggs or proteins. It was just a checkmark item not an actual breakfast.
Cleanliness was a big factor the floors were dirty, the sofas were filthy, there was a hole in the wall. Overall this was way overpriced

Cons:

Did not like the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast that was offered. The price point to the provided facilities did not match

Excellent location, close to NP and estes park
Pros:

Lication was great, very comfortable bed, and amenities were nice. Bonus were the sightings of elks around the property.

Pros:

Wir hatten viel Platz in unserem Appartement mit Kamin und Whirlpool und Grill auf der Terasse. Es war sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Wir konnten uns sogar kostenlos Bärenspray ausleihen für die Aufenthaltsdauer. Entspannt und ungezwungen. Wir mochten es dort.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist etwas lahm. Aber das kennt man als USA Reisender ja. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Man kann sich auch selbst was zubereiten.

Personnel très sympathique.
Ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages, ce qui nous a permis d' aller nous visiter en toute tranquillité,avant l' heure du check in et ils nous ont prévenu aussitôt que notre chambre à été prête..

Cons:

Nous sommes restés deux nuits dans l établissement et la chambre n a pas été faite le second jour.

The stay was comfortable enough but expensive and nothing to write home about.
Pros:

The hotel is located in near the entry to the Park and a reasonable distance by car from downtown shopping and restaurants. It had a large selection of movies which guests could check out at no charge. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was below average for the price and what's advertised when compared to other motels. Without knowing, I'd guess this to be a 3 star location. The coffee machine had a problem the second day of our stay and there was none provided in our room. It's basically an older motel that shows wear inside and out, but likely commands the price because of location.

Grat location and facilities. Friendly staff and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location close to the lake and parking was so convenient directly outside your door. Breakfast was sufficient and the facilities were fantastic. The pool was a much needed relaxation space to get over jet lag. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Nothing, although we had to ensure everything was secure incase of bears

I liked everything about this resort except the breakfast. They need to offer more hot food options.
Pros:

Conveniently located in Estes Park. Very nice pool and large hot tub. Free bikes. Friendly staff.
