Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen

Cons:

Siivouksen taso, huoneeseen tuli kylpyhuoneesta viemärin haju (palaute henkilökunnalle annettu), generaattori piti ääntä kadulla ikkunan alla läpi vuorokauden. Ilmastointi ei toiminut?- henkilökunta ei osannut auttaa kuinka huonetta saisi sen avulla viileämmäksi.

Hotellin hinta suhteessa laatuun ei kohdannut.

Sijainti hyvä, huone siisti ja aamiainen ok.

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei toiminut, huoneessa tuuletin, mistä ei paljoa apua, kun ulkona kuuma sää. Aamiaismaksuissa sähläystä. Kiitokset siitä, että palauttivat aamiaismaksuja ja lupasivat viestittää ongelmakohdista eteenpäin.

Ein Hotel, dass ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sogar das angebotene Müsli war selbstgemacht. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine top Lage.

Cons:

Auf der Straße gegenüber lief wegen einer Baustelle eine Pumpe, vermutlich zur Absenkung des Grundwassers, die ganze Nacht. Trotz Ohrstöpsel konnte ich die Pumpe im 6.Stock hören.

Excelente experiencia
Pros:

Tanto la ubicación (muy importante para mi), como el trato del personal de recepción, como el del restaurante, y el confort del hotel, han estado muy bien

Cons:

No cenamos en el restaurante del hotel porque la señorita que nos atendió fue bastante descortés. La última noche no podía abrir la caja de seguridad y cuando lo dijimos en recepción, la persona que nos atendió nos dijo que no podía dejar su puesto. Le aclaramos que dentro de la caja fuerte había unas pastillas que debía tomar pero no le importó. Al día siguiente, la persona de mantenimiento que nos abrió la caja (muy amable) nos dijo que no entendía esa actitud

Sijainti oli todella hyvä, ihan keskustassa. Saimme paremman huoneen pyytämättä, joka oli aivan upea suite. Aamupala oli todella hyvä ja palvelu ystävällistä ja ilmapiiri oli rauhallinen ja kiireetön.
