Absolutely amazing - highly recommend!
Pros:

Excellent hotel at an exceptional location, we were lucky to be upgraded by the staff and our room was one of the Sky Lofts and it was wonderful. Quiet and sparkling clean in room and hotel common spaces, very good breakfast too. The staff were amazing too. 10/10

Zentrales Stadthotel für den Citytrip sehr geeignet
Pros:

Das Hotel hat auch durch seine zentrale Lage überzeugt. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Eine Tramstation befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas und ist appetitlich angerichtet. Es wird nach meiner Beobachtung regelmäßig nachgefüllt, so dass das Buffet jederzeit ansprechend aussieht.
Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die mittelweiche Matratze war sehr angenehm.
Die Rooftop Bar sieht auch ansprechend aus, allerdings war dort am Wochenende die Musik für den dancefloor so laut, dass eine Unterhaltung unmöglich war. Daher sofortiger Rückzug.

Cons:

I asked in writing months in advance for a room on a higher floor. We got the darkest room I ever had in a hotel.
We had to ask three times for a change of used towels until they were changed.

Very pleasant place to stay
Pros:

It was near to the railway station and walking distance from the harbor, market place and the cathedral. The breakfast was really good quality and variety. The gym was a bit small but well equipped. In the room there was a kettle and everything for tea and coffee and even a cloth steamer.

Cons:

I only missed the sauna from the hotel.

One of the best stays we have had !
Pros:

What a lovely place . Rooms clean and quiet . Lovely bath ! The breakfast was an amazing variety of choice! But most of all thw staff were amazing ! Multi lingual and super friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again .

Not anything I could think of.

Cons:

Sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin am Frühstücksraum, die sich wie eine strenge Lehrerin benimmt, wenn man gegen Ende des Timeslots erscheint. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mangels gutem Englisch kaum zu verstehen
