fantastic location - very close to the Viaduct and sky city. tennis court and swimming pool/sauna great. Restaurants on site. Reasonable price

Cons:

Unfortunitely hotel rooms are mixed in with air bnbs, rentals and owners. The room next door started a domestic at 4am, which continued until 8am (screaming, flighting, swearing etc). They were told at one point to quieten down however this lasted as long as it took for the security guard to hop in the lift. Ruined the stay. When i spoke to the hotel staff they werent interested, no offer of help, compensation and the impression i got was that this was a common occurance.

Pros:

Great location with plenty of amenities. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Pillows are not very good, bed head isn't properly attached to the bed and not ideal for leaning against while reading or watching tv. Hotel is a little run down and needs maintenance. The hotel is very big and a little hard to find your way around and could do with better suited signage. Not enough chairs or cups for the x4 adults in our family.

Très bien , bien localisé et personnel très agréable
Pros:

Grande chambre avec beaucoup d'équipement , personnels très gentils serviables et rapides. Globalement très propre aussi et près du centre ville

Cons:

La salle de sport manque un peu d'équipement et le parquet dans la chambre craquait beaucoup

В номере было очень холодно, спали в шапках и свитерах. Ресторан шведский стол -ужасный. Холодный чай, еды мало и все холодное. Уборка не проводилась. Хотя мы просили убирать каждый день. Грязно, везде пыль. В одной джакузи, которое в помещение вода прохладная. Вода плохо текла из душа еле еле и прохладная либо горячая.

Well located, super comfy and bonus extra of swimming pools and gym facilities
Pros:

The central location is really good, easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was ultra comfortable and the room was completely quiet. We also found every staff member we encountered super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower is an over the bath arrangement and we couldn’t keep water from going on the floor. This is our only slight negative

Large, clean, comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Bathrooms need upgrade/ servicing.
Pros:

Rooms were large and clean. The property was conveniently located to the pier and city centre.

Cons:

The bedding was not configured as requested. The body wash was empty and not filled when room was serviced. The shower screen design was poor with water spilling all over the floor each time the shower was used. Water pressure poor.

Great location, friendly staff but room very tired and in desperate need of a makeover

Excellent location, short walk to the NZICC.
Very good room rate.
Lots of space in the room.
Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Very run down room, looks like it was last decorated in 1983.
Bed was just ok.
