Ontbijtservice is prima. Kamer was schoon.

Cons:

Ontvangst bij de receptie ontbrak en niet vriendelijk te woord gestaan, nadat medewerker eindelijk kwam opdagen. Geen excuses. Bewust kamer met airco geboekt, maar deze functioneerde niet goed en koelde nauwelijks. Het gehele hotel en de voorzieningen zijn heel erg gedateerd. Kamer en badkamer zijn erg klein en oud, maar heet wel 'Comfort Deluxe kamer'.

Het resort is opzich goed, wel wat gedateerd maar dat geeft niet, de locatie is goed

Wat een personeel, dat mensen geen zin hebben om te werken begrijp ik echt wel, maar om als receptie medewerkster de klanten te gaan staan afbekken als je de reservering niet kunt vinden nadat je mijn naam heb gevraagd en ik even later in mijn onschuld zei ik heb voor 1 persoon 1 nacht geboekt, ben ik van het antwoord vroeg ik je wat ik vroeg toch alleen maar je naam niet echt gediend, het was dat het al laat was en er reeds via bookings betaald was anders had ik mijn spullen gepakt en een ander onderkomen gezocht, ik heb 1 tip voor die mevrouw ga lekker met pensioen. Het goede is om kom hier van je lang zullen we leven nooit meer

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Duschvorhang in der Badewanne, in Stil der 80er. Überall Renovierungsbedarf. Für eine Nacht ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fehlt eindeutig die Sauberkeit

Uns hat gefallen, dass es ein Fliegengitter vor dem Fenster gab und eine Badewanne. Das Frühstück war auch soweit ok.

Cons:

Eine alte leere Flasche stand hinter dem Vorhang, scheinbar wird beim Putzen nicht richtig nachgeguckt. Der Wasserhahn fiel quasi auseinander und die Lademöglichkeit (USB-Stecker) neben dem einen Bett ging nicht und es hing auch nicht mit einem zentralen Schalter zusammen. Sie ging wirklich nicht. Außerdem war alles irgendwie dreckig, das sorgte nocht so wirklich für ein Wohlfühlen.

Personeel in de middag en avond in de brasserie waren heel vriendelijk. het eten smaakte ook goed! ( middag en avond)

Cons:

De geur bij het zwembad viel tegen en de schoonmaak in de kamer kon ook beter.
Jammer voor 4 sterren dat er op de kamer geen koelkast aanwezig is.
Het personeel en met name de receptie mag best wat klantvriendelijker zijn. Komt geen goededag vanuit hunzelf, gaven geen info verder buiten; hier is uw sleutel.
