It was easy to navigate. They provide a good AC unit. Room was perfect space for just me. The balcony and pool were amazing.
The toilet did not flush very well. The lights were confusing to use. The sheets were very light with little warmth. Not enough towels in the room. My safe did not work.

Habitación con balcón semi vista al mar cuenta con minisplit esa es muy cómoda y amplia
La ubicación en el barrio Romántico esta perfecto. La cama es confortable. La limpieza es adecuada. El wifi funciona bien.
La descripción "vista sobre la montaña" es engañosa. La vista da sobre la calle de atrás, Oxxo, farmacia, edificios feos. Se escucha mucho ruido de afuera. La recepción estuvo mala. Nos invitaron a pagar mas para tener una habitación mas rápidamente. Atrasaron la limpieza de nuestra habitación en consecuencia para castigarnos de negarnos a pagar mas. El mezclador de la ducha estaba todo deshecho e invertido, lo arreglaron al día siguiente después de quemarme con agua caliente... Según tiene un jacuzzi en el techo, no se metan, el agua no se renueva, esta lleno de arena y quien sabe que mas. Según como clientes teníamos acceso a camastros gratis del restaurante contiguo sin consumo extra pero solo hasta las 3 pm... Nos negaron sentarnos en la fila de camastros frente al mar aunque no tenían mas clientes. Los camareros insistieron para que consumiéramos (un café malo con precio parisino). Se quejaron cuando no quisimos dar propina. El trato estuvo feo y desagradable. El restaurante tiene reseñas evidenciando problemas de racismo. Terminamos yendo a disfrutar el servicio de día del hotel de los Arcos (lo recomendamos).

Excellent staff communication, gorgeous view, comfy and clean room, AC worked great. The Si Senor beach club was wonderful. At first, some older gentleman tried to tell me I could only use the chairs with no umbrella, but it was so hot and sunny. After a moment, I asked a younger waiter if I could sit at a chair with an umbrella, and he said yes and didn't even hesitate or bat an eye; so I think the old man was maybe not wanting me to use them for some reason. The waiters were sweet and the cocktails were made appropriately (I work in the liquor industry). I wish they had some food that was easier to eat on the beach chairs, but it was ok. Drink service was kind of slow, I am wondering if there was maybe only one bartender for way too many people, but again, the service was great.
Old neighborhood, has a sewer smell just like Bourbon Street. Stronger at some times more than others. But thats what you get in an old historic part of town!
