Maravillosa experiencia e inolvidable.
Pros:

Lo que más nos gusta del Paradisus Palma Real es TODO: resalta la atención del Kidzone, esas personas aman a los niños y los niños adoran estar allí. También los restaurantes de la noche, los encargados hacen un esfuerzo por saber tus alergias, que hables con el chef y garantizan que todo esté bien. Los espacios súper amplios elegantes.

Cons:

No me gusta la música alta en la piscina. Es en verdad demasiado alta sin necesidad. Podrían bajarle un poquito porque es además todo el día, entonces aturde. Las habitaciones están limpias pero lo es a profundidad. Podría ser un poco más profunda la limpieza del polvo debajo de las camas y pasar coleto en el piso… aunque van todos los días y barren y acomodan. Podría ser más limpio aún.

Hermoso hotel para estadia tranquila con bebe
Pros:

La comida es variada y rica. El almuerzo es tipo buffet, cuando llegamos eran muchas estaciones en el salon principal, pero en el ultimo dia ya habian cambiado a un salon mas chico por baja demanda, lo que hacia que se generen filas. Por suerte era nuestro ultimo dia y no nos afecto.
En la cena se puede reservar restaurantes, hay varios tipos, algunos son solo adultos, otros solo para miembros Circle.
Pero nosotros que viajamos con bebe pudimos acceder al mexican, italian, stake house, asiatico y dominicano. Todos muuuy ricos.
El personal de mozos y limpieza muy atentos y amorosos.
Las instalaciones son limpias y estan atentos a ayudarte en cualquier cosa que necesites.

Cons:

El hotel tiene un esquema de upselling de ventas medio agresivo, nos insistieron mucho para que nos hagamos miembros circle ofreciendonos "atenciones", y cuando dijimos que no ibamos a hacer miembros nos quitaron. Uno estando de vacaciones no quiere lidiar con este tipo de situaciones, sobre todo ya habiendo pago un precio alto para quedarse en un hotel de este estilo.
La playa tiene sargazo, pero eso esperable.

Exciting area, delicious food, lots of restaurants and bars , swimming pools, friendly staff, good entertainment.

Cons:

Since we are a family with children, we had to change room due to the loud noise in the evenings from the evening shows. The hotel administration changed the room immediately after the request but we would like to avoid such inconvenient relocations in the future.

Me encantó
Pros:

El personal muy atento y simpático, desde Angelina en recepción de The Reserve, Kelvin (mayordomo), Gustavo y Juan en el restaurante Sante… se pasaron! Las instalaciones buenas, limpias, los jardines bien cuidados y preocupados de todo. Cama cómoda, habitación amplia. Comida muy buena de los restaurantes (el italiano y el Olio los mejores!)

Cons:

No había mucho control con los que no formaban parte de la zona Reserve y entraban a usar las piscinas. Incomodó que estuvieran una personas con un parlante propio escuchando música un poco fuerte.

Agradable y tranquila
Pros:

El hotel y el cuarto muy lindo. Y los restaurantes expectaculares y el servicio de concierne Freddy nos ayudó mucho y estuvo pendiente

Cons:

Tienen que mejorar un poco con el entretenimiento general y presenciamos varias quejas de empleados con supervisores

El personal no resuelve problemas. Por ejemplo desde el primer día, insistí a diario en cambio de almohadas, especialmente para mi hijo, pero nunca lo resolvieron.
