Te cobran impuestos pero no te dan factura, en el check out te dicen que es por Booking, en Booking te dicen que es el hotel. Al final nadie te la da.

Bonito lugar.
Pros:

Limpieza, la infraestructura del hotel muy moderna y confortable, los colores de la decoración me hicieron sentir como en mi casa, el entrenamiento profesional y los empleados son muy elegantes.

Cons:

El horario de la playa es corto, cierran la playa a las 5, y en el verano el sol está hasta las 8 de la noche en Rep. Dom, me gusta la playa, no la piscina. Entonces la mejor hora para la playa es el atardecer, cierra la playa a las 5pm es muy temprano. No tiene sentido viajar a un hotel desde lejos para que te limite la playa tan temprano de la tarde. Sugiero el cierre a las 7:pm por lo menos en el verano.

Un buen hotel, buena comida y tragos, playa sin sargazo
Pros:

Buen comida , los restaurantes eran de buena calidad, los bares tenían buenas marcas de alcohol en general, sus piscinas impecables, la gente que trabaja ahí era muy cordial, muy dispuestas a ayudar o a servir, las piscinas muy bien mantenidas, igual que la playa, ya que tienen barreras para el sargazo, hay bastantes tumbonas y sillas para la playa, de todas formas volvería a este hotel.

Cons:

El show nocturno, quizás falta un anfiteatro para eventos mas masivos con mejores shows, el sofá cama de la pieza suite de lujo no era bueno el colchón , es un detalle importante ya que el descanso es fundamental.

La comida estaba muy rica como siempre.

Cons:

El check in no fue bien realizado, lo que nos generó demasiado desgaste al principio de la estadía, nos instalaron en una habitación súper alejada del lobby y cuando llegamos a la habitación las pulseras no estaban habilitadas para abrir la puerta, cuando logramos entrar el agua no calentaba, tuvimos que esperar hasta al día siguiente para cambiar de habitación, cuando cambiamos en la 2 noche nos dimos cuenta en el medio de la madrugada que el aire estaba dañado, o sea las habitaciones no estaban en buenas condiciones.

The design or infracture, there was latin music and the room were nice and clean

Cons:

The lack and the misinformation from all the staff regarding activities and things include it in the stay that prevent us for taking advantages. When we express our concern, we feel ignore by the manager who didnt do anything about. We didnt like the buffet, the lunch and the dinner was always the same thing, the breafast was the only a little different and with variety.

Pros:

Pontos positivos: o resort é lindíssimo e muito bem conservado. As piscinas e a praia são excelentes. O atendimento da equipe merece destaque, todos super atenciosos e prestativos. A qualidade das comidas e bebidas também está acima da média dos all inclusive da região.

Cons:

Senti falta de um salão de jogos. O outro ponto que incomodou foi a dificuldade de acesso a alguns serviços. Sem contratar Concierge, os horários disponíveis são muito ruins e você fica bem limitado. E também houve cobrança antes do check-in, mesmo na reserva informando que o pagamento não seria antecipado. Isso gerou confusão.

Voltaria? Sim, pela estrutura e atendimento. Mas só recomendaria contratar Concierge e confirmar as condições de pagamento direto com o hotel pra evitar surpresa.

Comodidad y buen gusto
Pros:

La comodidad y decoración de las habitaciones. Insuperables
La variedad del desayuno y almuerzo es exquisita

Cons:

Que el bufet lo cierran a la noche y abren en otra zona al aire libre que por lo general es muy ventoso y no da para nada gusto comer con el cabello en la cara. Tampoco está cómodo y la ambientación deja mucho que desear.
