Hôtel très bien placé proche de la corniche, très propre piscine très agréable

Je vais être très honnête : je pense que mon commentaire est l’un des plus sincères que vous trouverez sur cette application, parce que franchement, j’ai l’impression que les personnes qui laissent des avis positifs ne parlent pas du même hôtel que moi.

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel, c’est le maître-nageur : très accueillant, très gentil, à l’écoute et professionnel. Franchement, rien à dire sur lui.

Maintenant, pour tout le reste… je n’ai jamais vu un personnel comme ça de toute ma vie. Pourtant, ça fait 32 ans que je vis au Maroc et j’ai fait de nombreux hôtels dans toutes les villes du pays. Je n’ai jamais été confronté à un personnel aussi désagréable. On dirait qu’ils travaillent gratuitement ou qu’ils n’ont tout simplement pas envie d’être là. Aucun accueil, jamais de bonjour. Quand tu poses une question, on dirait presque que tu les as insultés tellement ils n’ont pas envie de répondre.

Pour obtenir des serviettes, il faut attendre une à deux heures, malgré plusieurs appels. Et le Wi-Fi ? Pratiquement inexistant.

Et franchement, quatre étoiles… ça reste à voir. J’aimerais vraiment voir le document officiel qui justifie cette classification. Pour moi, cet hôtel mérite plutôt deux étoiles que quatre.

Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel comme ça de toute ma vie. Pour moi, c’est tout simplement le pire hôtel que j’ai fait à Casablanca. N’y allez surtout pas. Ne vous fiez pas aux commentaires positifs : mon expérience a été tellement mauvaise que j’ai du mal à comprendre comment ils peuvent concerner le même établissement.
