في جميع الفنادق يكون موجود ماء للشرب وبعض الفنادق يكون هناك ثلاجة قهوة وشاي وايضا شباشب وايضا فرشة أسنان في الحمام ومعجون وكل ذلك لا يتوفر في فندق كم للأسف

Client fidèle depuis maintenant cinq ans, j’ai toujours eu plaisir à séjourner à l’Hôtel Suisse Casa
Pros:

Il existe des hôtels où l’on dort… et d’autres où l’on se sent véritablement chez soi. L’Hôtel Suisse Casablanca fait incontestablement partie de cette seconde catégorie.

Je tiens à remercier du fond du cœur toute l’équipe pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et son professionnalisme. Un immense merci à Abdelkrim, Asma, Nabil, Youssef, Wafaa, Achraf, Foued, Sarah, ainsi qu’à toutes celles et ceux dont le prénom m’échappe, mais dont le sourire et la gentillesse resteront gravés dans ma mémoire.

Toutes mes félicitations à la direction de l’établissement, qui a su créer une équipe remarquable où le sens du service et l’attention portée aux clients sont une véritable signature.

Et puis… il y a cette personne. Elle se reconnaîtra. Par sa douceur, son regard et sa délicatesse, elle a apporté une lumière particulière à mon séjour. Certains souvenirs ne s’oublient pas, et certaines rencontres laissent une empreinte que les mots peinent à décrire.

Merci infiniment pour ces moments. C’est avec un immense plaisir que je reviendrai, et je recommande cet hôtel à toutes les personnes qui recherchent bien plus qu’un simple séjour : une véritable expérience humaine.

Cons:

Je tiens à souligner un point très négatif qui a malheureusement terni un séjour par ailleurs excellent.

J’ai eu un différend particulièrement sérieux avec un membre du personnel dont le comportement et la manière de s’adresser à moi ont été inacceptables. Le ton employé, le manque de respect et l’absence de professionnalisme ne sont pas dignes d’un établissement de ce standing.

Je fais confiance à la direction pour examiner cette situation avec sérieux. Il me paraît important que des mesures appropriées soient prises afin qu’aucun autre client n’ait à vivre une expérience similaire. Un rappel des règles de respect envers la clientèle, voire une sanction si les faits le justifient, me semblerait nécessaire.

Mon intention n’est pas de nuire à l’établissement, que j’ai par ailleurs beaucoup apprécié, mais de contribuer à maintenir le niveau d’excellence qui fait sa réputation.

This is my fourth year in it .Amazingly beautiful and cheap for the value it offers!
Pros:

Perfect location! Near the beach and located in an upscale area that is clean and beautiful.
I love the friendly atmosphere and warm welcoming of the hotel staff at the door and at the restaurant.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast could be improved

Cons:

Most say the costumer service was among the worst I have experienced in Casa. I had for example a faulty shower.

The only response I got was, "I gave you a good room". Not that they will fix it.

Good place
Pros:

The hotel is really nice, in a very vibrant and nice neighborhood. Beds are really confortable and rooms are bigs and with nice views. The restaurant amd breakfast are very good.

Cons:

The WIfi doesn't work good on the room i was staying. I hade to be always close to the door.

A szoba nagysága, az óceánra tekintő erkély, a reggeli bőségessége, a hangulatos lobbi zenével, a medence, a személyzet kedvessége.

Cons:

Az első éjszaka érkezésemkor kimerülve tapasztaltam, hogy az erkély ajtaja nem zárható teljesen. Az utca zaja szinte szűretlenül átjött a tolóajtókon. A tolóajtó egyike olyan volt, hogy egyik oldalon ha behúztam a másik szélén kinyílott kb 1 cm résre. A fürdőszobában a zuhanyfej penészes és kopott, össze-vissza fröcskölt a víz a fürdőszobában. A hajszárító konkrétan leolvadt és senkit nem zavart. Rendes világítás nem volt a szobában, mert kiégtek a lámpák. A hordár nem is értem miért nem szólt a recepción mikor felkísért a szobába, pedig ő próbálta bekapcsolni. Illetve a lámpák kapcsolói is sérültek voltak az ágy mellett.
Másnap mikor reggel kócos hajjal jeleztem a problémákat, pár percen belül jött is egy karbantartó csapat.
Az erkély ajtajainak egy részét megjavították úgy ahogy, és cserélték a hajszárítót. A két hölgy a zuhanyfejet csak átállította, hogy úgy ahogy folyjon belőle a víz és lehessen zuhanyozni.
Ja és a minibárból folyt a víz, fel kellett törölnöm magamnak
Úgy gondolom, hogy egy négy csillagot viselő hotelhez ezek a hibák nem méltóak. Sajnos azt kell mondjam, hogy ez nem egy 4 csillagos hotel - hiába a küllem és a törülközők mennyisége.
