Beautiful resort, beautiful beach and gorgeous waters right in front of the resort.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. There were a number of choices on the buffet. And the service was v good. The dinner buffet every night was excellent, especially the salad table and the dessert table.

Pros:

I read a lot of reviews beforehand and was a little skeptical, but eventually everything was perfect. First of all, the staff is excellent. They are responsive for everything, even for very specific requests (not gonna provide details, but want to assure that they will do everything they are capable for you). Secondly, the facilities and areas give you the experience almost as in best resorts on Maldives. The beach, the restaurant, the rooms, the area and views around - breathtaking. There were multiple "concerns" about breakfasts and dinners - nothing to have with the reality, the food scene is diverse and caters to every plate. Lots of things are included (kayaks, snorkeling stuff, games etc), lots of things can be ordered by request (like boat tours). They do daily activities for guests and their children. So overall - this is a great place to relax and forget about everything. High-quality service provided by professionals.

Cons:

Nevertheless, I want to highlight some things for improvement:
1. Wi-Fi is deadly slow. Even if you need to do something simple, like check in for your flight or book a ferry, you will suffer a little. Beside the connection speed, it often disconnects, prompting you to log in again, multiple times a day. And it works this way no matter where you are - in the room, in the lobby, in the restaurant - everywhere.
2. Soundproofing would be ok if there was no music around and just a sound of waves. But if I get it right, there is a club or another hotel next to the Paradise Sun, and they play music so loud, like it's the last time in their lives. We were in the farthest room from those music lovers, and we were still hearing it through earplugs and feeling the vibrations. Luckily, the music was stopped at 23:00, but there were comments about the whole night raves. I can not imagine what was the experience in the rooms in the opposite side of the area, next to this club/hotel. Ouch. It could ruin everything.
3. Seaweed on the beach. I understand the hotel doesn't own the beach, all beaches are public, and I'm not sure if it's allowed to clean it (maybe there are some reasons), but I saw other hotels cleaning their sides. Even though it didn't bother us, it would be nice (if it's allowed) to clean this side of the beach. At least from an aesthetic point of view. The day we checked out, there was too much seaweed, it was look like there were more seaweed than sand.

Pros:

Отель обновленный, все в отличном состоянии. Очень удобные номера. Отдельно хочу отметить Лучшие, тихие кондиционеры, которые абсолютно не мешают сну. Хорошая территория, все очень удобно расположено. Разнообразная еда на любой вкус.

Cons:

Неглубокое море, это удобно для семей с маленькими детьми, но не очень удобно для взрослых. Выносит водоросли на берег и прибивает водоросли в воде. Но очень длинный пляж и можно пройти дальше и найти лучшее место.

Das Hotel macht seinem Namen alle Ehre.
Wie kann einem ein kilometerlanger Sandstrand nicht gefallen. Perfekter Service. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Jedes Abendessen ein Fest.
Die Bands, die beim Abendessen spielen, sind phänomenal.

Best hotel ever!
Pros:

We LOVED this hotel. The location was beautiful, the palm tree garden stunning, the beach beautiful and clean and the water just perfect. The rooms had this amazing view with the palm trees and the beach. The food was good for dinner and breakfast. The tea time was lovely and all the activies were nice. We enjoyed paddle boarding and I had a lovely massage (I paid extra for the massage, worth it). I can not stress enough how much I loved the room. It had 2 comfy beds, a dressing room and a lovelt bathroom. Very clean and very nice. Best resort I have ever been to. Also the birds... the birds were stunning so beautiful and so many different kinds. I loved feeding them. Also the live music, we heard 2 bands and they were great, I especially loved the band that sang on Monday.

Cons:

I loved everything. I have read some negative reviews, but honestly everything was perfect, the staff was kind, the food was good like it was such a big variety that you just had to try and find something you liked (but I am not picky so I enjoyed most of the food)

Stupendo, un angolo di paradiso

Direi tutto, la posizione, l’intrattenimento, la cura verso il cliente. Immerso nella natura con tutte le comodità.

Incroyable !!!
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé ! Le charme incroyable de l’hôtel, mais avant tout l’accueil et la gentillesse incroyable du personnel !!! Nous avons tout un tas de petites attentions, premier diner sur la plage avec bougie et coupe de champagne offerte, des petits gâteaux dans la chambre, des petits mots avec chocolats en rentrant du dîner, de l’eau toujours à disposition dans la chambre. Une chambre impeccable tous les jours et très confortable.
L’accès direct à une plage magnifique, la piscine, l’espace du complexe ! Et le petit plus les activités de l’hôtel super sympas : cours de cuisine et coupe noix de coco, coucher de soleil en bateau 👌🏻👍

The bedrooms are quite small even if well organized. The staff is always available but not ready to find solutions to daily requests or minor issues during the staying.
