Absolutely disgusting experience. I checked into what was supposed to be a clean hotel room and instead found bugs everywhere. There were multiple dead cockroaches on the floor, and I also found several large wasp-like insects gathered around the window inside the room. It was obvious this wasn’t an isolated incident.

I couldn’t relax knowing there were insects throughout the room. For the amount charged, basic cleanliness and pest control should be the bare minimum. A hotel should never have guests worrying about cockroaches and bugs instead of enjoying their stay.

I would not recommend staying here until management addresses the cleanliness and pest issues. I have photos documenting what I found because it was that unbelievable. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Cons:

NO HOT WATER since LAST THURSDAY!!!!!! STILL NO HOT WATER now on MONDAY EVENING! I have been staying at this hotel for MONTHS and this is not the first weekend I have been without hot water!!!! I work construction and have CONCRETE ALL OVER ME and can't even take a decent shower. Plus..... There are WORMS/CENTIPEDES EVERYWHERE!!!
