Breakfast was a good selection

Cons:

Room was nasty, white hair that looked like dog hair all on the floors, in the small desk chair, pillow and bed had dirt on the sheet on one side. Was to tired to complain. When check in lady didn't add a 3rd night to the booking.

Extremely unsafe; drugs being used on the property; prostitution outside of hotel; yelling at guests from the locals; we never stayed in the room due to the terrible situation; we wasted our money on this dump. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Extreme smell of mold / mildew in the room, outweighs any other positives this motel has to offer.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and pillows, fair price, decent breakfast compared to similar motels.

Cons:

The room was clean (at least, it looked clean), but the smell of mold / mildew was unbearable and we couldn't stay in the room more than a few minutes, let alone get a good night's sleep. The room had a window, but it couldn't be opened, so it was always damp and we had to keep the aircon on all the time, but it didn't help much and even the smell coming from the aircon was terrible, especially overnight and in the morning.

Whatever advantages this motel has (comfortable bed, good price, decent breakfast etc), it all goes through the window (if you could open it!) because of this issue.

The carpet and the floors around the hotel could and should be cleaner.

Sleep great, room was clean but breakfast could use help.
Pros:

Check in was easy, rooms were nice, parking is ample.

Cons:

Breakfast was interesting. The bacon was barely cooked and the eggs were over cooked. The waffle was the saving grace. Also why have shampoo and conditioner but no body wash?

Cons:

I requested a king room instead I was given a room with an adjoining door that the lock barely worked on. It also was a handicap king room, which I did not request. Because of the concerns of my safety, and the fact that a man was staying in the room directly next to mine, with a very little, an insignificant lock, I requested to be moved and was told I could not so a few minutes later I gave her back the key went to a different property in town and stayed the night there having checked out only minutes after arrival. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully and have my money stolen like that. All I asked was for a different room without a tiny door between me and another guest and they couldn’t even provide that.

Lipstick on a pig
Pros:

The breakfast was on par with Holiday Inn and express

Cons:

I felt this hotel to be a pig with lipstick on it.. meaning it's an old rundown building that they are trying to improve.. it's simply not worth what I paid for the night but I wasn't full of options as it was late

Okay for one night
Pros:

The breakfast was a hot one. Check in was easy, the bed was comfortable. The place seemed newer. The shower pressure was great.

Cons:

You can tell that upkeep and maintenance is going to be a problem, the floors are already started to warp, the hinges on the bathroom door are rusting. The door to enter the hotel at the side you didn't need to use a key it just opened.... Security concerns there. The area is a little sketchy with a liquor store near by.
