Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Pros:

We loved the location. The staff were as professional and as polite as one could expect. The breakfast buffet offered an adequate variety of food and drink. The staff in the restaurant was attentive to the needs of the guests. We did appreciate this.

Cons:

Alright this hotel advertises itself as five star we didn’t think it deserves this rating. We would give it four stars, at best.

نظيف وطاقم الاستقبال وصال فى غايه اللطف والادب مبتسمه وعملت لى ترقيه للغرفه هذة المرة الثانيه لنزولى فى هذا الفندق وسوف يكون منزلى الدائم لدي حضورى الى مراكش . الفطور من اجمل الفنادق تنوع وكميات .

Gute Lage mit schönen Zimmer. Für einen kurzen Aufenhalt perfekt.
Pros:

Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer mit gepflegtem Badezimmer und WC. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen lokalen Gerichten. Grosser Pool zum Schwimmen und entspannen. Sehr traditionelles Hotel!

Cons:

Leider waren die Speisen am Frühstücksbuffet nicht beschriftet, sodass es für uns als Neulinge schwierig war, zu erkennen, um welche Gerichte und Zutaten es sich handelte.

A disgusting dump!
Pros:

Plenty of sun beds and the two guys who assist with the luggage but absolutely nothing else in this shocking dump

Cons:

Damp smelling room, disgustingly dirty hallway, dark, dirty and very dated. The rooms too are dated like the rest of the hotel, broken cardboards, towels and linen that are stained, greyed as so old. The staff wear old uniforms that look terrible. The reception are rude and we heard them say to another guest only Muslims get the rooms that are ready first then other guests. Breakfast is shocking as birds land on the food and crap everywhere, we decided to eat out. So upsetting to be in this dump, we hated retiring to the hotel after a day out as it’s disgusting. My advice is stay as the Grand Savoy and pay little more, we tried to move there but they were full. There’s loads more about this dump l could mention but will complain to booking.com - stay away unless you enjoy being miserable!

J'ai aimé la propreté de l'établissement, son emplacement, le personnel surtout la directrice Mme Safaa et son équipe Mr Abdelhakim à l'accueil et Mr Youssef du duty manager
Un hotel avec beaucoup de potentiels et meilleur que beaucoup de 5 etoiles dans lesquels j'ai séjourné à Marrakech.
Un 5 etoile aussi récent et propre de ce type avec des prix intéressants est rare sur Marrakech
