Pros:

Bella struttura ricca colazione …certe camere sono moderne altre no…io ho scelto la “moderna” però corridoi vecchi

Cons:

Stanza non pulita bene…la nostra donna delle pulizie era bravissima mi è dispiaciuto non avergli potuto lasciare la mancia.
Però per farmi la stanza dovevo ogni giorno chiamare la reception .

Great stuff in all locations
Pros:

Marvelous with plenty of choices and location was great

Cons:

Rooms facilities ie request for iron they brought an iron broken at a site and the board also .
The telephone wasn’t working.
My opinion the rooms are so big which is great but not look after regarding maintenance.
Needs renovation.

Le personnel, le petit déjeuner et les chambres spacieuses

Cons:

La fenêtre se ferme mal et elle est vétuste se qui nous a empêché de bien dormir le soir ( passage voiture, moto ect…)

Un remerciement adressé très spécialement au Monsieur de la réception, de la dame qui s’occupe de donner du thé, à l’animatrice Fatima et au gardien du parking qui se trouve dehors et sans oublier aux dames du nettoyage !

Hôtel trop Bruyant à cause des travaux voisins
Pros:

L'emplacement central de l'hôtel, la qualité des produits au petit déjeuner, l'odeur olfactive très appréciable dès l'entrée de l'hôtel à la fleur d'oranger et le thé servi à la réception, le personnel attentif et serviable, le style appréciable MAURESQUE.

Cons:

À la piscine, Musique répétitive et Son assourdissant, les travaux de l'hôtel ATLAS MÉDINA, juste à côté du notre Hôtel Mogador Menara pendant tout notre séjour, impossible de dormir le matin, les Grues/ Pelteuses/ ouvriers criants nous réveillaien dès le matin tôt t, trop trop trop, frustrant de pas se reposer à notre chambre numéro 455 au 4ème étage. L'hôtel est vieillissant, les moquettes des couloirs allant aux chambres sont très sales et odeurs fortes dans les canalisations des salles de bains 🛁, électricités non conforme et bouilloire de café ☕️ dangereuset ne s'éteint pas.

Lovely staff and location but short of things to do

Noise in the room about 2am was horrendous and lasted quite a while, this was cars and motorbikes revving engines.
