This hotel truly understands the meaning of exceptional hospitality.
To celebrate our marriage, the hotel graciously upgraded our reservation from a garden view to a beautiful pool view room as a complimentary gift. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture that immediately set the tone for a perfect stay.
I had also requested a honeymoon room setup, and the team exceeded every expectation. The elegant decorations and attention to detail created a truly romantic atmosphere that made our celebration even more meaningful.
The service was flawless throughout our stay. Every member of the staff was professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
The breakfast deserves special recognition. It featured an outstanding selection of fresh, high-quality dishes, catering to every taste. From pastries and fresh fruit to hot specialties and international cuisine, every morning was a delight.

Je tiens à signaler une dégradation importante de la qualité de la restauration.
La qualité du petit-déjeuner a considérablement baissé. J'ai notamment constaté la présence d'un parasite dans le jus d'orange, susceptible de provoquer des troubles gastro-intestinaux.
Lors du déjeuner, du poulet manifestement avarié nous a été servi. J'ai observé des taches verdâtres ressemblant à de la moisissure dans la chair du poulet. De plus, son goût était particulièrement désagréable, ce qui laisse sérieusement penser que ce produit n'était pas propre à la consommation.
Je vous demande de prendre cette réclamation très au sérieux et de mettre en place les mesures nécessaires afin de garantir la sécurité alimentaire et d'éviter que ce type de situation ne se reproduise.
