I expected a more sophisticated and established facility.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Pool was great. Appliances new.

Cons:

Floors in rooms were dirty. Broken and worn furniture and room accessories such as towel rack. There does not appear to be enough staff to properly clean.

We stay in Hilton hotels all the time, but never one like this.
Pros:

We made the reservations a month ago. when we arrived we had asked for a room on the 4-5 floor. it was not available. the first night the ac made a horrible clanging sound all night. I'm surprised the people in the next room didn't complain it was so loud. the tech came and worked on it. 2nd night it was 78 degrees in the room, and would not cool down. they offered to move us to a queen room when we rented a king, we only had 1 night left. The pool was very dirty. there was little piles of sand in all the corners, and leaves and bugs everywhere in it. Also the 2nd night the elevator quit working. and the commode in the room was for midgets it sit a foot off the floor. They did credit us with one night after 3 miserable nights. For $500 a night, definitely not worth it. we should have been credited with the whole stay.

Great family getaway!
Pros:

The location is great, and everything you want is within walking distance for the most part.

Cons:

When we asked to extend our stay the staff was rude. They were fully booked which is fine and understandable that the answer was no, however the delivery was poor and could have been A LOT better.

Do not stay here.
Pros:

Toilet had hair and the toilet bowl had not been cleaned. We weren’t given our room until well after checkin time. We asked them to send housekeeping at least 4 times in the evening and nobody showed up. There was no bedding for the queen sofabed. Only a used mattress pad (also had hair on it). Giving the hotel a 2 for the location.

A location was fabulous I enjoyed the pool areas close to shops.. The staff was amazing everybody so friendly very warm welcome

The hotel really needs to update the rooms the furniture... It's not worth the value of the money for as old as the hotel is..

So happy to be right on the beach next to plenty of places to go and eat, and the staff was friendly

Very disappointing stay
Pros:

Very disappointing stay. Despite calling ahead for a birthday visit, the room smelled of smoke, the ocean view was obstructed, and the second room was not clean. Staff were unhelpful in resolving issues, and the experience fell far below expectations for Hilton Grand Vacations.
