⚠️ Très mauvaise expérience – Houda Yasmine Hammamet Marina
Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience dans cet hôtel. J’ai choisi cet établissement dans le cadre de l’organisation de la venue d’un DJ international, avec l’objectif de lui offrir une bonne image de la Tunisie et un séjour à la hauteur de son statut. Malheureusement, la réalité était très loin de mes attentes.
❌ Propreté : hôtel très sale, avec une présentation générale décevante. La nourriture était de très mauvaise qualité selon mon expérience.
❌ Photos trompeuses : les photos présentées sur Booking ne correspondaient pas à ce que j’ai constaté sur place.
❌ Prix excessifs : le tarif d’une chambre était comparable à celui d’un hôtel de luxe 5 étoiles, sans que la qualité des prestations soit au rendez-vous.
❌ Service et communication : manque de professionnalisme, mauvaise communication entre les membres du personnel et utilisation de gros mots en arabe devant les clients.
❌ Gestion de la réservation : le DJ international a été bloqué à la réception pendant environ 30 minutes avant qu’une chambre lui soit finalement attribuée. Une situation inacceptable pour un client que nous souhaitions accueillir dans de bonnes conditions.
❌ Sécurité : j’ai également été très déçu par le niveau de sécurité et l’organisation générale.
Le pire reste ce qui s’est passé après mon avis. Après avoir partagé mon expérience, j’ai reçu un appel du directeur sur mon numéro personnel. J’ai vécu cette démarche comme une forme de pression et de harcèlement. Ce n’est absolument pas une manière professionnelle de gérer les critiques d’un client.
Je tiens à préciser que je ne demande ni remboursement ni compensation. Mon objectif est simplement de partager mon expérience en toute transparence afin que les futurs clients puissent faire leur choix en connaissance de cause.
C’est vraiment dommage de vivre une telle expérience lorsqu’on cherche à représenter la Tunisie et son hospitalité auprès d’un artiste international.

I joined my family at the hotel three days after their arrival. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the attitude of some of the staff.

The security guard at the main entrance was very disrespectful when I arrived for check-in. He insisted that I call a family member to come and complete the check-in instead of allowing me to go directly to the reception. unprofessional attitude

The animation team was also too pushy, repeatedly trying to involve guests in activities without respecting their private time .

In my opinion, the hotel needs to improve its staff recruitment, training, and customer service. I personally do not recommend this hotel.

we stayed here for the second time this august and the entertainment team and all the staff were so kind and accommodating again. we can’t wait to come back again

The hotel is amazing. The staff is very pleasant, the place is very clean. The food is good and the pool is wonderful. The animation team does it's best and they never cease to amaze. Waterpolo, archery, dancing, fire show, a lot of things to see. Every recommendation for this hotel. Thank you Houda!

Entertainment team are very friendly and fun. We've been here five days so far and spoken with them everyday.
Didn't feel pressurised into taking part when we first arrived.
There was a pool foam party yesterday and activities everyday

I don’t like the food change the chef please

The staff are the only thing that save this hotel completely. The animation team are absolutely amazing, the restaurant staff are great, bar staff came across a bit moody at times and kept giving people the complete wrong alcohol to what they asked for. They only had 3 full fat options on the menu for soft drinks so if you only drink diet options I wouldn't bother. The food was very average, it turned both mine and my partners stomachs very weird and the queues for the food at lunch and dinner are ridiculous, there were also flies on the food a few times which completely put us off.
The hotel is extremely clean to be fair, cannot fault the cleaning ladies who don't seem to stop cleaning and are always very polite.
Reception were polite but not very helpful, we had no working aircon for almost 4 days and had to ask a total of 12 times for this to actually be fixed and even then it caused our room roof to leak dirty water which took another day to be fixed, they eventually stopped the leak but left the room floor completely soaked with water which I came in to the room and slipped on, causing me to fall and really hurt my leg. We only stayed 7 days and it took 4 to get the aircon working and not leaking, the remaining 3 days we had very bad aircon that we barely felt, but we honestly couldn't be bothered complaining anymore.
The room itself was so run down and different to the pictures so don't go expecting luxury, I don't know how this hotel is 4 stars to be honest.

For the price, this place is really excellent value overall. The location is very convenient too – there’s a mosque not far away, lots of shops nearby, and a shopping centre close by as well. Food is decent and changes daily, with fresh pizza and pasta made every day.

There are a few downsides though. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work properly – I mentioned it twice to get it fixed, and while it makes noise like it’s running, the cooling is really weak. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms at first, only in the lobby and downstairs; this was only sorted out 5 days into our stay. Also, there’s no iron in the room – if you need clothes pressed, you have to give them to staff and pay extra for the service.

Overall, despite these annoyances, it’s still a great option for what you pay.

Great experience, entertainment is the best part about it

What I liked the most was the staff. They were really friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was great, really close to the beach and other attraction points and the rooms were pretty clean. The only thing that could be better are the room's bathrooms. But everything paid off in the end.
