Previously stayed in 2024 and had the most lovely couples holiday. Rooms are clean, view is gorgeous (you can’t get a bad view from any room) and service was helpful. This lead us to decide to stay at Melia Ibiza (The Level) as a treat for our wedding stay whilst we got married in Cala Tarida. Overall stay was just as expected from last time. However, we had made a note on our booking that we were staying for our wedding, we’d had attempted to contact the events team to book a gathering on the rooftop for some friends and family, enquired to get a discount for multiple room bookings (as all our family were staying) but unfortunately this is where it fell short. We were not made to feel special when we checked in it was only until I was stood in my wedding dress I was approached by a team member asking what room I was in, this was surprising considering we’d made it more than clear. They wanted exponential amounts of money just to have the bar open for 30 people (paying customers) and happy to mix with other guests, for drinks one evening. The bulk ‘discount’ for rooms was little compared to Booking.com or LoveHolidays rendering it pointless - no guests used it. We then got an email mid way through our stay saying they can’t wait to welcome us to Melia, having already been there for 3 days. Overall disappointing for our special week. Would stay again because we love the hotel positioning, food and rooms .
The views were amazing and round the pool was super relaxing. Room was nice and air in the room was very good.
The bed mattress was very poor. Probabaly the poorest i've slept on in any hotel. We did ask for a topper but that did nothing. Its far to firm and felt cheap. Pillows were great. if you in a expensive relaxing resort, you should also be getting a great night sleep. Both nights i felt like was sleeping on the floor. I've come home and my back is still hurting.
Muy bueno el desayuno, muy completo.Muy lindas vistas.
Fresh, comfortable, easy. Lively friendly staff. Beautiful pools, roof terrace was a bonus!
Breakfast could have been slightly fresher, sometimes cooked options were cold and dry.
Mooi opgezet hotel
Prachtig zwembad en tuin
Loved the hotel staff were amazing. We stayed on the level and this was Great
We had a supreme suite overlooking the sea which was beautiful and spacious
Martin in the level was always there to help with anything we needed. And Oscar was top Bar man
I feel that the roof top bar should have been included on the level drinks
We loved the location, the staff and the pool areas.
The food wasn’t great at all. The breakfast was ok but the lunch and dinner restaurants were awful.
Breakfast was ok.
Front of house staff very good
Porters very helpful
Roof top pool staff brilliant
Room 22 bathroom flooded the room due to a faulty shower door.
Broken wobbly tap in the bathroom
Roof top pool only opens at 10am
Tapas only served 5-6pm and staff quick to pack it away as was the case with the spirits.
Lots of managers walking around with no purpose in my opinion.
After 6pm there was any care and attention given to the level area with drinks and ice.
Can’t stand the hard sell on Melia Circle give your guests a break don’t be hounding them whilst they are relaxing.
Food not great in the main restaurant.
Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, staff were repeatedly rude. At one point guest services walked into my room was I was using the toilet.
I would avoid at all costs.
I loved the decor, the layout, the location.
The rooms could have a Nespresso machine, the sachets of Nescafe and little UHT milk pots are very dated.
Magnifique hôtel
Rien tout était parfait
Good sized pool. Short walk to town.
Limited beds by the main pool when we arrived. Staff did not offer to move luggage to the room. Flies by the pool / bar upstairs - not experienced anywhere else in SE. Expensive / poorer overall experience when compared to other similar ‘higher end’properties we have stayed at on the island. Breakfast was average. The whole differentiated access levels seemed unnecessary. Parking at €30 seems was over priced - we parked in the local roads
