Amazing location, relaxed hotel

Cons:

Not enough sun beds - you have to get up early to get one
Air con could be better - especially in the lobby
All rooms should have a nespresso, we had a level room as an upgrade but the coffee facilities were dire! We asked for a machine and it never came!

Great stay can’t wait to rerun!
Pros:

We loved the Level lounge even though we couldn’t drink on this trip. The rooftop during the day was quite busy and the pool a little small but we loved the main pool and had the daybed which was really nice but the rooftop area was lovely in the evening for dinner. The view from the room was stunning and we would def book this room type again. We will def return.

Cons:

The room itself needed hooks for towels & robes and there was no vanity space for toiletries and whilst the mirrors were large there was no dressing table to get ready I joked that it was def a man that designed the rooms 😂. This wouldn’t put me off returning but def needs a mention.

Um sonho!
Pros:

Estivemos neste hotel na nossa lua de mel e tenho a dizer que é um sonho! Extremamente bonito, cuidado, quartos confortáveis com vista, pequeno almoço 5* e com atividades diárias. A praia fica a cerca de 10-15 minutos a pé mas é um passeio muito agradável. Apesar de não termos reservado o The Level, podíamos aceder ao rooftop e usar a piscina ao final do dia enquanto ouvíamos música ao vivo. Não poderia recomendar mais!

Nice, great, perfect for adult accommodation

Première à Ibiza, un bon séjour
Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’hôtel dans sa globalité, les piscines dont celle sur le toit avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, les chambres spacieuses, l’emplacement, le parking à disposition en supplément mais pratique, le buffet du petit-déjeuner très variés. Le personnel accueillant. Les activités proposées dans l’hôtel.

Cons:

Point d’attention ; lorsque j’ai réservé via booking et pas sur le site de l’hôtel c’est indiqué « vue sur mer » et certaines chambres sont plutôt vues partielles, n’ayant pas mis de photos sur booking des chambres lors de ma réservation cela peut prêter à confusion. Le personnel a toutefois su bien réagir à cela et je les en remercie.
