We are incredibly grateful for our stay at Meliá Ibiza. We arrived after a very negative experience at another hotel, and from the moment we checked in, everything felt completely different in the best way.
Fran at reception was exceptional. We explained briefly that we had an issue at our previous hotel, and he immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for, even sending a bottle of champagne to help us relax and enjoy our stay.
During our second night, we had an unexpected situation in our room. Paloma and Nico handled everything with outstanding professionalism and kindness. They were extremely friendly, quickly assisted us, and arranged a room change, making sure we felt comfortable throughout. Paloma was exceptional — one of the kindest people we have met. She kept checking in with us regularly during our stay, which made it such a personal and pleasant experience.
We also thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities, including the pools, rooftop bar and restaurant, and the food, which was consistently excellent throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend The Level access — it truly elevates the experience.
It was also great to see such a well-organized daily program with a variety of activities, including sports sessions, sunset cinema, DJs, and more. It added a really special atmosphere to the hotel.
Overall, what really stood out was the team. The level of care, kindness, and professionalism is truly exceptional, and honestly worth staying here for on its own. They turned a difficult start to our trip into an amazing experience, and we have never felt so well looked after in a hotel before.
We truly appreciate the exceptional service and will definitely choose Meliá again in the future.
