Lovely hotel, some minor tweaks to be excellent
Pros:

Love this hotel, second time coming. Very beautiful area as well. Stayed in the level which has perks which are definitely worth the extra money. Facilities are brilliant. Roof top pool is lovely, but having to pay for the same wine beer and cava that you get downstairs is something I don’t understand. We also experienced the worst bug infestation on the rooftop meaning that we could spend any of our time there .

Cons:

Some of the staff are not as friendly as I would expect. Felt that I was an inconvenience when asking for something. One of the days, breakfast was a bit chaotic, no tables cleared and set and no staff asking about menu choices which made the experience negative. This was the only day, but I did feedback to the staff.

An der Unterkunft gefallen mir besonders das großzügige Zimmer sowie das insgesamt sehr ansprechende Design. Alles wirkt gepflegt, sauber und harmonisch gestaltet. 😊

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat mich leider nicht überzeugt. Die Qualität der Speisen wirkte meines Erachtens eher durchschnittlich und auch die Auswahl war nicht besonders groß. Zudem gab es zwar zwei Pools, diese waren jedoch so kalt, dass sie kaum nutzbar waren. Für die Größe der Poolanlage standen meiner Meinung nach zu wenige Liegen zur Verfügung. Der Fitnessbereich war ebenfalls eher enttäuschend, da es keine schöne Aussicht nach draußen gibt. Auch die an der Bar angebotenen Säfte konnten qualitativ nicht wirklich überzeugen. Zusätzlich sind die Parkgebühren mit € 30,00 pro Tag recht hoch und sollten bei der Buchung berücksichtigt werden.

Lage schön und Anlage , Flop Essen und Sauberkeit
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar zur Promenade und dem Jachthafen.
Man kan auch am Meer entlanggehen und findert kleine Buchten mit Steinstrand. Das Design des Hotels ist sehr schön und es gibt Yoga Kurse an manchen Tagen. Die Pool Area hat mir gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer nicht optimal gereinigt, die Balkontür war bei mir bei Betreten des Zimmers schlierig verdreckt. In der Dusche schwarze Flecken an den Fliesen. In jedem Raum befanden sich Staub Fussel und Haare am Boden. Dies ist für den Preis den ich gezahlt hab nicht akzeptabel. Woanders sind die Zimmer makellos rein für den Preis. Das Frühtück war leider von minderer unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität. Bin froh nicht the Level oder Halbpension gebucht zuhaben. Da isst man lieber auswärts.
Die Dame an der Rezeption war kurz angebunden und unfreundlich und hatte nicht Lust mir mein Zimmer zu zeigen oder wo ich bestimmte Räume finde. Es gab keinen Pagen der mir meinen Koffer hochgebracht hat. Der Service ist also auch Massenabfertigung und lustlos genau wie das Essen. Es gibt deutlich Luft nach oben.
