Please note, the pool is closed every Friday from 8:00 hours until 12:00 hours for maintenance.

Beautiful oceanfront suite with many amenities.
Pros:

Oceanfront. Bedroom closes off from living area so the early risers can sleep while the night owls can watch TV or read without disturbing anyone. Small breakfast items are provided at a very nominal cost but you can also bring your own and sit at your table with a view of the ocean.
Windscreen on patio allowed us to stay outside on the ocean on a very windy day!

Cons:

It really isn’t a dislike but it would be great if they extended the small balconies to accommodate 2 chairs to enjoy the ocean view. However there are plenty of spaces and seating in common areas to do that as well.

An awesome beach location if you don’t mind the clean, but shabby furnishings.
Pros:

Location. 5 Star beach location. Liked the glass-walled sun deck on the beach. Got lots of sun on multiple days of strong winds and blowing sand. Also liked the layout of the rooms and the double pocket doors that divide bedroom from the rest of the unit.

Cons:

The property needs to be refreshed, soft mattresses, uncomfortable sofa, blankets didn’t smell great. Mold smell in bathroom. Sun deck furniture worn and outdated. Staff: One employ, a man in his 50's, went over and above to help me, and would not accept a tip. I wanted to leave a tip for him when I checked out, so I asked the front desk for his name. Reply was something like, "oh, he’s the new guy, don’t know his name" then yells to someone to ask his name and that person didn’t know his name either. I tried to find him on checkout day but wasn’t successful. He probably would not have accepted again which is why I wanted to leave it in an envelope.
