Really good breakfast

Room was a little stuffy and warm
Great view across the water. Convenient location for the town. Good breakfast buffet. We had family room for two of us with spacious room and big bathroom.
Coffee machine at breakfast kept running out of milk and took ages to fix.

Location was good. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was nothing special, but was complete and sufficient.
We did arrive early before posted check in time. Surprisingly, reception informed us our room was actually ready, but would charge us an extra fee to get in the room an hour early. Pillows were all air - no substance. Refrigerator in room was broken. When inquired at desk, I was told they are phasing refrigerators out of all the rooms
Location and views. Breakfast good too.
Staff, with the exception of the lovely and warm Samuel at Reception and the lovely Nuttaya in the dining room, not overly pleasant. We agreed to pay more for a better room which we got but corridor was dusty, unclean and had pieces of dismantled wardrobe next to our room, even some broken glass.

Excellent staff and customer service. Very clean and well maintained room. Nice view over water.
No standard hotel room facilities in the room, like hotel telephone, essential tourist information and local map, no minibar, cutlery and crockery in the room, no room service, no snacks in the room for early or late arrivals. There was only a little hot water kettle and paper cups for instant coffee, but no other dishes or cutlery. There was no way to contact the reception or any other hotel staff without walking down in person to the reception.
I wish the restaurant had more vegetarian options during meal times.
