Excellent value. Very comfortable, cosy and clean.
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was great. The waffles were awesome. I would have liked a bit of bacon some of the days and a bit more selection of fruit. Overall, the staff were excellent.

Cons:

I liked everything. I suppose hallways might need updating eventually.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Staff were especially helpful and kind.
The rooms were clean and comfy!
Nice and close to some fabulous winery’s.
Great breakfast also!

Cons:

Slightly further from the town then expected. But still a fine 20 minute walk.

Highly recommend this place for a reasonably priced hotel located close but not in the middle of all the hustle and bust
Pros:

Reasonably priced. Immaculately kept. Beautiful outdoor space on large front porch to sit and have a glass of wine or just hang out in the evening. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast. Good coffee.

Cons:

There was only one available outlet besides the bathroom.

Ho scelto questo alloggio perché cercavo un’esperienza “americana” che si distinguesse dai classici alberghi standardizzati, e le mie aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate. L'atmosfera mi è piaciuta tantissimo.
La pulizia è impeccabile in ogni ambiente, la colazione è soddisfacente e il personale si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile. Un soggiorno splendido che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca una struttura diversa dalle solite.

Very clean and seemed safe and organized, the building was unique.

Great place to stay in Niagara on the lake
Pros:

Best Western Hotels remain a great value. Our experience was as excellent expected.

I loved how the building blended with the local architecture. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.

The included breakfast selection were tasty. Carol, the woman who oversaw the breakfast room, was so nice and took great care on wiping every surface and restocking supplies.

We were within walking distance to the center of town. We sat out on the shaded veranda and had our coffee.

Glad we made the choice to stay here.
