Roaches in bathrooms around the property, lobby was the worst
Bathroom was dirty and smells bad so we ask them for a new room they didn’t gave us another room and it have a bad smell like dead rat
seamless check in, clean, well appointed room, polite and friendly staff. I will certainly consider this hotel for my next stay in Hot Springs
Honestly didn’t know what to expect but it was a great place to stay. Staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was great!! I will definitely book with them again in the future!
The lady who checked us in was amazing. We were suffering from a lo0ng hot motorcycle ride and she helped us cool down and got us to our rooms. She also helped us with parking. She made us feel welcome.
The breakfast. No knives, just forks and spoons. Hard to spread the cream cheese on the bagel with a spoon. The biscuits were crunchy. I liked the oatmeal even though it wasn't old fashioned. Could have been better.
