Great Place in a Great Location.
Pros:

The lady who checked us in was amazing. We were suffering from a lo0ng hot motorcycle ride and she helped us cool down and got us to our rooms. She also helped us with parking. She made us feel welcome.

Cons:

The breakfast. No knives, just forks and spoons. Hard to spread the cream cheese on the bagel with a spoon. The biscuits were crunchy. I liked the oatmeal even though it wasn't old fashioned. Could have been better.

Frustrating.

Over night front desk clerk was argumentative and refused to give us clean sheets. She said she was not housekeeping and could not help us.

The Shower is a 0/10
Pros:

i believe the experience could be better; the breakfast was nasty no if and or buts about it dont even waste your time buying it. the room was clean but the shower situation is very dangerous and i fell while getting out of the shower because there is a step down and nothing to hold onto and the floor was slick. you also have to step in the shower to turn it on which is very inconvenient because you get splashed with cold water turning the shower on. the driver of the shuttle was very nice and he didn't complain about driving us to our destination.

My stay was awesome, the staff was AMAZING and very responsive to our requests.
Pros:

The location was great for our Cousins Weekend, Friday-Sunday (7/3-7/5), a few of us went for a walk Saturday morning to sightsee, on-site valet available (Ron/Leon-exceptionally professional staff), large/clean breakfast area, rooms were nice and extremely comfortable, temperature in the rooms were great, live music at night, spacious elevators, parlor room and suites connected, friendly front desk and management staff (Ms. Teri , Bridget, and 2 other ladies) were the epitome of hospitality. All the staff was amazing. I’ll NEVER forget this experience. I absolutely loved The Hotel Hot Springs!

Cons:

Limited parking but valet was available. Women’s Restroom in lobby always smelled like standing urine, maybe need automatic flush toilets and/or cleaned more often. Lots of folks using it so it’s understandable that it would be a bit smelly.
