Friendly staff, clean and good location for M25 and Stansted.
Pros:

The friendly reception staff who dealt with my concerns exceptionally well.
Excellent choice for breakfast.

Cons:

Paying for parking and my single bed was very clean but was not very comfortable
I thought it would be good to have some pictures of Harlow on the walls.

Badezimmer müsste renoviert werden, Badewanne/Dusche war verrostet, Schimmel an Baddecke aufgrund von fehlender Lüftung, Teppich im Zimmer ist schon sehr mitgenommen

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was in a good location. Bed was comfortable, lovely shower. Had everything we needed.

Cons:

We were going to book again but the price was Dover double the price due to it being a Bank Holiday weekend. That said we'd definitely book another time if needed when the price is cheaper

Good buffet selection for breakfast. Comfortable room.

Cons:

Some rooms at the A414 end of the hotel could be noisy. Staff were very helpful and moved me to a quieter room.

Great place to stay, brilliant staff, perfect location.
Pros:

Great location and access to the airport and M11. The bar and breakfast are really good, and the beds are great.

Cons:

The carpets could use replacement.
