Great place to stay -- close to main area in Ohio City, Edgewater Beach & downtown Cleveland
Pros:

Very cool place to stay! Communication with Craig was outstanding! He was very responsive. The house was very clean and had great amenities. Nice to have full access to the kitchen. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

The sounding area looks like it has turned the corner to returning to its former glory. Hoping the trend continues. A lot of history on the street.

Great location in historic neighborhood
Pros:

Great location for access to Westside market and restaurants in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Coffee in the common area just outside of our room, and access to full kitchen was nice.

convenient access to visit family in Lakewood OH, able to walk to bagel and coffee shops, quaint neighborhood

Cons:

toilet wasn't clean -- flusher was slow and water in bowl wasn't clear when I arrived. Also the living room had a large indented spot beneath the carpet which was a bit annoying. Also, it would be nice to place bath towels in the bedroom near the shower rather than in the powder room in the hall. split bathroom wasn't idea.

It was a lovely stay away from the bustling of downtown hotels. Beautiful neighborhood!
Pros:

The ability to come and go was fantastic. I appreciated the private parking. The building is beautiful.

It was a good and warmly welcome stay.

Everything was amazing except the Bathing area which has no door only a curtain and that could be an issue with some.

The value proposition was good but the building could use some TLC and a thorough cleaning.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us as we had business in the area. Free private parking was appreciated.

Cons:

Needs a thorough deep cleaning. Carpeting visibly dirty in high traffic areas. Dusty in the room. No breakfast.

We enjoyed the architecture, & looking through the photo book. Its so unique!

We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning another visit. One thing that we would have liked to see more of would be more historical history.

Quiet, clean comfortable

There was no breakfast. Quiet spacious rooms in beautiful quiet neighborhood close to heart of city.
