Was clean, modern and comfortable - staff were also very friendly and the location is quiet but well equipped
I requested early check in on 3 occasions separately but this was not responded to then I phoned and asked again but was also not given a direct answer. Given h requested a month in advance id thought a reply would have been provided

Check in not to 4pm
Very long queue for check in at 4pm only 2 staff doing check in this resulted us arriving late foe wedding meal at another hotel close by ( there were at least another 7 guests behind us waiting to check in who were also attending same wedding as ourselves) , very embarrassing to walk in when people were already seated at wedding venue.
Apparently slow check in was due to an IT problem
The room was spacious and clean
Room 139 near the lift hears the banging every time it is used. The bedroom doors slam shut with a loud bang. The noise from the kitchen extractor fan is a constant buzz even when the window is shut. The hotel caters for weddings and golfers so gets very busy and noisy. We were told there were no bar snacks and the restaurant was very busy. We booked and found ourselves alone in the large restaurant so no atmosphere and we were asked twice if everything was ok, felt rushed. When these points were given to reception on departure the receptionist just said sorry and looked confused. We have stayed here three times but this is the last time as the price without breakfast is not value for money.

The bed and room were absolutely fabulous, we had a lovely nights sleep and was very relaxing with the pool, steam and sauna
The breakfast, the breakfast does not match the hotel. I know the room is not that big and it was very chaotic but we could look past that if the quality of breakfast was good but it is not and I really think some investment into the breakfast and it would be a class hotel.
Breakfast was good as was the pool etc & we used the thermal pool which was nice and relaxing. We had a deluxe room which had a view over the golf course which was great.

We only stayed one night. Early start in the morning meant we only just got breakfast.
Earlier Breakfast. Did not fancy a take-away that was offerd.
