Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Everything, from checking in to checking out the staff were just lovely. We received warm cookies for everyone when we arrived. The food was amazing and the hotel itself was so clean and comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like that we only stead got two nights I loved Belfast and would have liked to stay longer

A beautiful weekend away in a calming oasis of pristine countryside.
Pros:

The grounds were beautifully kept, everything looked pristine. The restaurant was great and food was tasty, we had the open steak sandwich and it was cooked perfectly. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had in a long time with great local specials like soda and potato breads! So good!
The bed was extremely comfortable and had such a good sleep each night.
The pool and spa area was wonderful for a little relaxation and wasn’t very busy when we went which was a huge plus.
Every member of staff we met and spoke to were helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The warm cookie on arrival was a brilliant welcoming touch.

Cons:

We can’t actually think of anything we didn’t like.

The location and grounds were lovely

Cons:

We had a couple issues with the stay. The first being that we were not aware that there were two separate pools and had only seen the spa pool online and so by the time we had realised that you had to book the spa to access that pool it was too late as we had dinner booked. I had messaged the hotel a couple days before asking whether you had to book the pool and was told no with no firther information informing me about the spa. I was also not informed of the spa at reception when booking even though they knew it was our first time there. If I had of know I would’ve booked the spa there and then.
We also found a fair of underwear and rubbish in the room behind one of the chairs which made the room feel unclean. We were offered an alternative room but declined as we wanted to get to the pool however we were not offered any other compensation.

Relaxing weekend away
