Pros:

Most of the staff were lovely one in particular he name was Robert he worked in housekeeping my grandson got sick in our car and he went above and beyond his duties to help us even wash the child's clothes would definitely ho back. The food was excellent.

Cons:

It was a little bit expensive for the night and one one staff member was a bit rude to the children using not nice language my daughter mentioned it to the junior manger who was very apologetic but it wasn't up to her to apologise on his behalf other than thar it was lovely

Cons:

There is no hot tub/hot jacuzzi as it's within the same area as the pool, the pool water is making it cold.

Comfortable with friendly staff
Pros:

The pillows and bed was lovely and comfortable and the staff were all lovely

Cons:

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel was hosting a wedding on the first night, and I could hear guests coming and going in the hallway late into the night. I was surprised that a four-star hotel doesn’t offer bar food or room service, especially considering it’s located miles from anywhere and food service ends at 9 PM. Overall, while the staff were friendly, I found the experience lacking and felt that the pricing was too high for what was offered.
