Zimmer/Betten (teils ziemlich abgewohnt), die Betten sehr unbequem (hart).
Das gesamte Haupthaus ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen-das fängt bereits beim Teppich vor der Eingangstüre an, setzt sich im Lift und auf den Fluren fort...
Der Zubau ist natürlich moderner und schöner...

Ich persönlich komme aus der Hotellerie und muss leider sagen Preis-Leistung ist ungenügend.
Pros:

Zum größten Teil war alles sauber. Das Personal hat sich bemüht immer freundlich zu sein.

Cons:

Für den Preis, über 200€ pro Nacht, kaum Auswahl an Frühstück. Vieles leider TK Ware. Bohnen, Pancekes leider fast kalt. Kein Omlett oder ähnliches. Spiegeleier waren vorgemacht obwohl die Möglichkeit besteht alles frisch für den Gast zuzubereiten. Paprika und Gurke lieblos in viel zu großen Stücken serviert. Beim Abendessen das Gleiche, jegliche Art von Gemüse einfach nur TK Ware. Beschriftungen haben gefehlt, vor allem bei der Käse Auswahl. Antipasti alles nicht selbst hergestellt. Für 4 Sterne einfach ein Armutszeugnis.
Personal bedient sich am Buffet (dafür sollte es einen extra Raum geben) war beim Frühstück einfach unangebracht.

A great stay
Pros:

We enjoyed everything in the hotel: the room, the pool, indoor playground for children. It is very clean and the staff ist very kind and helpfull.

Cons:

Just the food. A lot of choices, but somehow everything tasted underwhelming. Austrian food tastes usually better.

Kellner konnte weder Deutsch noch richtig Englisch.
Viele Sachen waren kaputt zb.

Die Tische im Wellnessbereich (Ruheraum)
Licht im WC beim Familienspa
Toiletten sind zum Teil schief montiert.

Wir waren zu Ostern dort , vom Haus aus gab es nichts besoderes für die Kinder und rundherum eigentlich auch nicht wirklich.

Im Restaurant hat man Ketchup Flecken nur trocken weckgewischt , darum waren im grauen Bezug rote Flecken. Wir hatten sogar noch die Süßigkeiten von der vorherigen Familie in der Ritze von der Eckbank.

Also für ein 4 Sterne Familienhotel haben wir uns mehr erwartet.

Grosses Familienhotel
Pros:

Einrichtung des Hotels modern und freundlich. Zimmer klein, aber schön eingerichtet. Mini Badezimmer. Schöner Frühstücksraum.

Cons:

Sehr grosses Hotel mit entsprechenden Nachteilen (Lärm, viele Leute, Atmosphäre unpersönlich), alles etwas eng. Empfang an der Rezeption war unprofessionell und mässig freundlich, Rezeption unter Tags sehr oft nicht besetzt. Parkplatzsituation grenzwertig. In diesem Hotel ist es üblich, dass es keinen Zimmerservice gibt. Frühstück ok, die Auswahl eher mager für ein 4 * Hotel. Aufgrund der aktuellen Belegung würde ich von einem Familienhotel (mit entsprechender Betriebssamkeit) reden.
