Room lighting
The hotel is in a great location with a lovely view. Our room was clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.
We would have appreciated assistance with our luggage rather than having to haul it through the car park and casino ourselves. An event had just finished, so large crowds were heading in our direction, making it difficult to navigate with all of our luggage. Assistance at check-in would have made the arrival experience much more welcoming and convenient.

Was a super convenient location for the comedy show I came to see and easy walking distance to all the local amenities I needed. The room was great, only thing I should've done was take the Harbour view upgrade!
