Würde auch ein zweites Mal kommen!
Pros:

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer sauber.
Sogar Gluten freies Brot.
Nähe zu der Metro und den Parks.
Zimmer in den Hof sicher ruhiger.

Cons:

Typisch englisches Frühstück. Aber keine Tomaten oder Gurken! Fenster nicht bewegbar!

Poor value for money
Pros:

The hotel's location was good and convenient for exploring London. The TV in the room was a nice addition.

The staff working in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful, and they deserve special thanks. The staff member who assisted us at check-out was also friendly and professional.

Although our overall experience was disappointing, we appreciated these positive aspects.

Cons:

Overall, I would rate this hotel 5/10. We paid around €300 for two nights, and although London is an expensive city, I don't think this hotel offered good value for money. Looking back, I would recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere with a higher standard and a better overall experience.

The room was very small, outdated, and felt like it hadn't been renovated for decades. It was also extremely hot during the summer and very noisy. The heavier sleeper could clearly feel the springs through the mattress.

The reception staff generally came across as rather unfriendly and distant.

Our room didn't even have hand soap, and the bathroom sink drained very poorly. The shower temperature could not be adjusted properly, and the water was far too hot.

The biggest disappointment was the Wi-Fi. It didn't work properly for either of us—it kept disconnecting constantly and was practically unusable throughout our stay. In my opinion, it shouldn't be advertised as an amenity unless it is reliable enough for guests to actually use.

The breakfast was also disappointing. I would rate it only 2/5. The quality of the breakfast is reflected by the fact that the only coffee available was instant coffee.

I’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Close to Paddington station. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Staff were nice and it had a 24 hour reception. Area was quiet.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was pretty weak. Worked sometimes, slow other times and occasionally didn’t work at all.

La posizione è assolutamente favolosa: vicino alla stazione di Paddington, in una zona con molti ristoranti.

Cons:

la camera tripla è davvero molto piccola e non c'è molto spazio per le valigie.
La colazione è poco varia.

Nice hotel, close to Paddington and walking distance to shops, cafes and station with helpful, friendly staff.

In a nice set of lovely hotels.
Very clean.
Breakfast was lovely - staff very attentive and good selection of drinks, cereals, toast toppings and traditional English breakfast items.
Helpful and kind staff.

Cons:

Rooms were hot and although it’s Summer and we were given fans it would be better to have some form of air conditioning.
