Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable spacious room.

Cons:

The shower leaked along the bathroom floor. Breakfast was only available until 0930 with a sharp cut off.

Pros:

Good location. We asked to change our room and staff was very friendly about it and we got a better room. First room was without any air or sunlight. In the morning the exhaust of cooking breakfast came right into room.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the location is excellent.

Cons:

On check-in, we were informed that many hotel staff were on strike and that the room would not be cleaned at all during the stay. No type of compensation for this was not offered in any way - not even a bottle of water.

The room had a strange smell. I reported this to reception and asked about a possible room change - this was denied saying I had "used" (i.e.entered) the room and therefore it wouldn't be possible.
