Im Luftzug
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß ansteuern.

Cons:

Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung und ein eingeschränktes Frühstück, wegen eines Streiks. Aber keinen Preisnachlass, umgekehrt wollte das Hotel für einen früheren um 1 oder 2 Stunden, pro Stunde einen Tarif verrechnen.
Es gibt eine Lüftung,über dem Bett, die sich nicht regulieren oder abstellen lässt und kein Telefon, nur einen qr Code um an der Rezeption anzurufen.

Pratique pour visiter Oslo, le fjord et y séjourner quelques jours.
Pros:

La proximité du centre ville, la chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Un excellent petit déjeuner très varié. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

La vue depuis la fenêtre sur un bâtiment couvert de tags, dommage car l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, mais celà nuit au ressenti à l'arrivée.

Meget god beliggenhed. Morgenmaden var fin, dog ikke meget variation og ej heller et udvalg af fx frugt ell. skåret frugt. Meget sødt personale!

Cons:

Værelset manglede et rigtigt vindue, da det vendte ind mod spisesalen.Under vores tre overnatninger savnede vi at kunne lufte ud. Desuden manglede der vigtig information ved check-in om, at rengøring kræver scanning af en QR-kode. Vi opdagede først dette tilfældigt efter tre dage på et lille kort blandt en masse andre brochurer.Derudover var der problemer på badeværelset, hvor vandet løb op fra risten ved siden af toilettet, så gulvet svømmede lidt over. Vi måtte selv gå i receptionen for at hente nye håndklæder. Samlet set lever standarden ikke op til de fire stjerner, man forventer i Skandinavien.

Cons:

The hotel was on strike, which was not communicated to us in advance so that we could have changed hotels. As a result, there was no housekeeping at all in the hotel, which in many other countries would have led to the health authorities shutting such a hotel down. No hot breakfast was served either. However, the hotel continued charging full rates as if everything was operating normally.

Yes, employees have the right to strike, but I, as a customer, also have the right to receive the services I paid for; otherwise, I expect a discount. When hotel workers went on strike in Canada, we received a 35% discount and, at the same time, a bowl of fruit delivered to our room every day. Towels were still changed and the trash was taken out as well.
