Receptionist was lovely
Wedding party and setting fire alarm off
Large bedroom and bathroom. Double aspect window. Loved the room had a fridge and a fan.
The bedroom definitely needs a thorough clean. Bathroom had mould around the bath and limescale. The fridge also had mould in it.
Staff were welcoming
I booked a double executive room, on arrival I’d been put it a 3 single room. The lady on reception put me in a 2 double room. I wanted a king size bed as my partner is 6ft 3 I also liked the idea newly refurbished room, however the bathroom was very tired and outdated. The room was also covered in dust.
We also ordered a pizza from the bar menu and it was given to us with one piece of pepperoni on. I returned it and more pepperoni and cheese was added to it, not a fresh one made.
Place was clean and staff were friendly
Bed was not very comfy and no extra pillows provided unlike everywhere else I’ve stayed .
Only needed a quick night and this place was ideal… clean, tidy, easy check in, nice spacious room.. great bar service.
Didn’t sample the food but looked superb
Nothing.. exceptional
The staff were probably the best part of it
It was dated, dirty, food was awful!
The front desk was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice as well but there were bits not working. The breakfast was a standard full English buffet, but was really good. The beds were comfortable and clean.
It was rather tired in places. There was so much noise outside with the windows open. The fire alarm went off at 5am.
Really struggling to find anything I liked.
The bedroom area was big but the bathroom was tiny, stupid use of space. The style of the furniture in the bedroom was not to my taste (horrible), and somewhat mismatched with a non-matching table with a mini-fridge and fan on top - like in a cheap 1-star hotel. No air-conditioning. Uncomfortable rather narrow bed. Grey tartan carpet that just looked dirty. Bathroom felt like it needed a deep clean, or refresh.
Large bedroom
Rude staff on reception.
Nice breakfast
Good location
Good sized rooms
Rooms were not clean at all
Staff took 20 minutes at the bar before serving - we gave up waiting once
Pool
Layout in room. Put bed so can see tv TV on. Put bathroom door on other way so can close it without having to step over the loo.
