Size of room
Paying extra to use swimming pool even though paid for 3 nights! Never ever experienced this in any other hotel! Also, then being turned away from the pool as I had 2 kids as a single mother and was told I would need another adult. 1 child is 9 and an experienced swimmer!
The reception is very inviting and looked great!
The rooms are not clean at all, there was dust, blood marks on the walls in the bathroom, dusk on the chairs and stains on the bed sheets. Carpets are very old.

Really close to where we needed, free parking and super friendly staff.
There was a punch hole in the bathroom door, the door to the utility area (ironing board etc) wasn’t there…
There were liquid marks down the wall next to the bed, the carpet was the cleanest either.
The bed wasn’t very comfy either, and the fire alarm went off at 6am.

I booked a double executive room, on arrival I’d been put it a 3 single room. The lady on reception put me in a 2 double room. I wanted a king size bed as my partner is 6ft 3 I also liked the idea newly refurbished room, however the bathroom was very tired and outdated. The room was also covered in dust.
We also ordered a pizza from the bar menu and it was given to us with one piece of pepperoni on. I returned it and more pepperoni and cheese was added to it, not a fresh one made.
