Dirty old
Facilities
Breakfast
Location & cleanliness. Quality of food was good.
Hotel is tired & worn with no sign of proper maintenance. The gardens were overgrown & the outside patio area was in need of weeding & washing if the patio, our bedroom door was previously broken into and the safety latch was not repaired properly so it jammed the door again. We had to get the night manager to come & assist re-entry. Living a bit of love
Nothing.
Everything. It’s very old school. Not well maintained..
The room we were in was a lot more comfortable than the previous room we were in, kept to the bottom floor and had easy access to the pool facilities. The ladies on duty when we arrived were really friendly and welcoming, we order food and took it to the room and the the lady on the bar ( sorry I didn’t catch your name) helped me carry it to the room, customer service above and beyond
The other guests being loud and stomping around in the early morning, did speak to front desk as my partner wasn’t able to sleep well with the noise and the staff on duty did resolve the situation and the other guests calmed down
Swimming pool was okay and room a great size
Food took a long time and the fish finger sandwich was mainly bread. Signage to pool confusing
Large room, breakfast was good
Very worn out 70's decor, needs a revamp
Lovely hotel friendly staff
Furniture a little dated like the room wallpaper bubbling
Room bigger than expected with large screen TV, small fridge with complimentary bottled water.
‘Soft closing’ of room doors would be a good feature. Slightly disturbed by other guests on corridor letting their doors slam shut well after 10pm
Location good for us
Pillows were awful, no air con.
