Pros:

Nähe Metro und Europa Viertel, schnell Parkplatz gefunden

Cons:

Apartment mit alte Möbel und die Terrasse katastrophal, die Fliesen sind locker,hab mich sogar verletzt .die Rauchmelder springt ein ohne Grund.in die Badewanne fand noch Haare von die anderen Gäste.

Pros:

Departamento cómo, súper amplio, cochera paga, la ubicación si bien no es céntrica se encuentra a 20 minutos a pie del centro, zona muy segura y tranquila.

Cons:

La habitación no cerraba la puerta, con lo cual estuvo siempre abierta. Lo detectamos el tercer día, con lo cual nuestras cosas estuvieron siempre sin seguridad alguna ya que la puerta con empujarla abría. Hablé con la recepción quiénes no estaban al tanto del problema... Cuando uno viaja desde el exterior y con la familia, es aterrador saber que las cosas importantes como el dinero y pasaportes queden sin seguridad alguna.

Comodo appartamento vicino alle strutture europee,che a me sono servite visto che ho fatto un viaggio studio,a qualche minuto a piedi dalla metro Shuman da dove puoi raggiungerci facilmente altre attrazioni di Bruxelles, camera grande, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole, facilissimo il check in online

Pros:

Apartamento amplio, tiene lavandería y secadora, baño muy amplio

Cons:

Poca luz, no tiene aire acondicionado, y no muy limpio.
Te retienen 150€ al hacer el check in, para que se tenga en cuenta por las dudas, ya que muchas veces uno viaja a su eurotrip con todo organizado, y esto puede no tenerse en cuenta, ya que no lo avisan

Good enough for a short stay, but I expected more for the price
Pros:

The area is lovely and the room had large beautiful windows and views. It's not far from the metro station and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room was equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The size of our apartment was great for 3 people (2 rooms, one bed and one couch).

Cons:

Everything in the room is quite old and worn down. None of us could sleep well – the double bed is small and uncomfortable, the couch is larger but really hard, there is no AC and it gets hot in the room, so we had to sleep with the windows open and the street was pretty noisy. Also when we arrived at night, the door code did not work and we were lucky there were some guests outside that let us in.

Pros:

Jeg bookede overnatningsstedet fordi der var et køkken. Der var separat toilet og badeværelse, det var praktisk. Privat parkering i garage.

Cons:

Køkkenet var dårligt udstyret. Der var stort set ikke nogle køkkenredskaber. Garagen var meget smal og det var svært at parkere bilen.
Man kunne ikke sortere affaldet.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Schuman metro/train station and the European Union buildings.
Very quiet area.

Cons:

The ventilation system would benefit from an upgrade to better cope with very hot days without having to open the windows.
The kitchen could also be better equipped with the addition of a few additional basic utensils.

Pros:

The position is perfect if you have meetings in the European quarter

Cons:

The carpet in the rooms is very old, stained and dirty. The beds are small, the mattresses are not good quality nor are the pillows. Both mattresses and pillows were not covered with hygienic protectors but there were only covered with bedsheets/pillow cases…
