Nice place that was good value for money with friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Good location,helpful staff. Comfortable room. We stayed for two nights. Would happily stay here again the next time we are in Brussels

Pros:

L’emplacement et l’accueil étaient au top, proche du métro, nous avons pu laisser la voiture pendant 2 jours dans le parking.
Le jeune homme a l’accueil est très sympathique et renseigne très bien.

Cons:

La propriété est à revoir, le sèche cheveux également.
La chambre est spacieuse mais vieille

Cons:

Vraiment s'il faut mettre qq chose je dirais "une machine à vrai café' mais pour une nuit ce n'était pas grave du tout

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal

Cons:

One of the blinds was broken, not much natural light (reported, was fixed rather quickly)
Lift sometimes not working
Balcony lighting not working (reported, wasnt fixed)
Balcony and downstairs terrace not clean (used socks laying around for days)
Backyard and therefore the whole view not very pretty
Balcony not very nice (broken glass panels, ugly & incomplete tiling, noisy as one balcony for the whole etage)
Parking spots in Garage very small
Room genereally in a rather rocked down state
Kitchen rather big, but not well equipped

A pleasant stay. Would definitely return. Recommended for its spaciousness, good supply of clean laundry.

Some furniture a bit worn eg the settee. No power outlets by the bed.

Pros:

L'emplacement est très convenient pour être proches des institutiones européenes aussi que des arrêts bus et metro.

Cons:

J'attendais une chambre au 6ème étage et la chambre était au 4ème. Pour avoir un peu plus de luminosité et silence. Je ne comprends pas l'information pour confirmer la petition si plus tard la chambre était une différente.
