Best Staff Ever!
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent, and rooms were spacious and spotless. The staff were contacted last minute by my sister in law on behalf of my partner to ask if they would decorate the room for my birthday and they did it without hesitation. Zoe & Amii were the staff who were responsible for decorating the room, and they both done an amazing job, massive thank you to both girls. Reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful, especially when we were in need of a fan and again without hesitation, we were instantly presented with one, as well as the iron board & iron. Mercure Hotel should definitely appreciate all staff working the weekend of 11th-13th of July 2026 as each & and every one of them were exceptional, INCLUDING the cleaning staff who were the nicest people who worked so hard in the heat. Massive appreciation and Thanks from Nadia and David. Room 662!!

Pros:

the staff were brilliant at the mercure from the cleaning staff,bar staff and the reception nothing was a bother the location of the hotel was ideal for the beech and the town centre just a short stroll to both all in all a great 3 day break

Liked everything. The best room I’ve had. Great sea view and room service. 24/7 bar too. Great stay overall.

Pros:

The hotel was spotless. Tbe staff were great nothing was a problem when we asked for anything. Lkved how we could phone down from the room for more milk T.bags etc or querie anything. Would definately book this hotel again in a great location. And also very near to bus station and train station. Excellent.
