The location

Cons:

Booked a twin room in February. When we went to book in they gave us two single rooms . One on the second floor and one on the sixth floor. Don’t know what universe they thought that would be acceptable. There was no where for your clothes and the bed against the wall. Just ridiculous for the money we paid x

Lovely building but definitely needs some care and attention

It’s location we have stayed here several times over the years for the bowling

My stay at the hotel wasn't very good, l was woken at 3am in the morning bt two drunks cursing/swear

It worked as we were attending a wedding locally and we didn't spend much time in the hotel.
Pros:

The staff, particularly Megan, were friendly and attentive

Cons:

The hotel is tired and needs upgrading. The toilets on the ground floor are long overdue an upgrade. The bedrooms are also in need of an upgrade but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Nice but wouldn’t likely stay again anytime soon.

Cons:

Definitely needs a refurb in rooms, walk in showers etc. Felt the price of drink was over the top. Put us off drinking and eating there.
