Great hotel, comfortable room and bed, some a staff could be more helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and aircon just right. My room was quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was great and good value. Getting to the train station the next day was easy as there is a bus stop opposite the hotel and the bus was less than 5 minutes.

Cons:

Whist the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful I found the staff member who checked me in not be so helpful or friendly. As the first person to interact with me after arriving after a long flight this was disappointing.

Amazing breakfast
Pros:

The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food options. There is also a great coffee machine with several latte variations to choose from. The room was clean, and the shower amenities, including shampoo and soap, were pleasant and of good quality.

Cons:

the hotel staff were not particularly welcoming and rarely smiled, which made the overall atmosphere feel less friendly.

Śniadanie , łazienka, klimatyzacja. Czystość w pokoju również na duży plus!

Cons:

Pojechaliśmy na jedną noc , czworo dorosłych ludzi - otrzymaliśmy pokój z dodatkowym łóżkiem piętrowym. Łóżko było małe, niewygodne a dodatkowo hałasowało - Byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani. Łóżko ewidetnie było przeznaczone dla dzieci.

Une étape pratique à Vérone
Pros:

Grand parking, personnel serviable et bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre fonctionnelle et confortable. Salle de bain bien conçue avec suffisamment de place pour poser ses affaires. Un hôtel pratique et agréable pour une étape à Vérone.

Cons:

Ambiance un peu impersonnelle, comme souvent dans les hôtels de chaîne. Climatisation trop froide et difficile, voire impossible, à ajuster.
