A valet parking service is available for AUD$65 per 24 hours, subject to availability. Your car is kept in secure undercover parking and can be brought to the driveway of the hotel as often as required. Maximum height of vehicles is 190 cm.

I found the bed slightly less supportive on one side than the other, but it didn't detract from my sleep. The wifi in our room was not easy to reconnect to, as soon as downstairs connection to same wifi from same device was instant. Front desk mentioned they would request technical assistance, suspected router fault.
Great staff and great room
Staff were great and the breakfast was amazing. The entry lobby and feel to the place downstairs was nice and welcoming. The room was clean. The location is perfect and central and easy walking to the city centre or to Elizabeth quay.
Bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable and the shower was very underwhelming, hard to maintain water pressure. We were a little disappointed as the pictures online look incredible but in reality it is a bit old. It has been refurbished but the quality felt cheap and not what we were expecting with the Hilton name attached. Wasn’t a bad experience but also wasn’t incredible either.

For 5 star rooms are old and tattered. No view what so ever

Tacky white place mats under drinking glasses. Shocking you see those at the pub.

We were told there was no one available to take our bags to our room. We had to do this ourselves, with two suit carriers, two suitcases and hand luggage- not 5-star service. Had to call 3 times for toilet roll. Got the wrong room service delivered. Arrived back at 5pm and the room was still not made up. No one available to collect our luggage on departure
