Pros:

room was well appointed, staff were very friendly gym facilities and pool facilities were wonderful. great location with easy access to many areas of the city.

Cons:

rubbish left outside our room but was swiftly dealt with once staff were aware.

Heated pool was the best.
Breakfast: there was a great selection

Breakfast had a great selection but hot food was cold..
The evening bar food was poor, very greasy and definitely not worth the price, it was a big downfall

Great - we will come back.
Pros:

Good location. Very good service and staff. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing.

Cons:

Only fault I could find was the shower - handheld shower only with the hose in the way all the time. Seen better showers in lower standard hotels.

It was acceptable, clean and serviced however it felt under serviced.
Pros:

The location is great, however it’s in the core CBD so this is quieter at night.

Cons:

The rooms were a good size, though the amenities are basic. No turn down, no luggage assistance on checking out, I was left to fend for myself. Not even an offer of assistance. No bill was printed out for checking. No international or business TV channels, only local. The WiFi was slow, there is no excuse in my opinion, which I felt was possibly leading you to pay for access to the faster speed option. However I was offered an early checkin, which was quoted as extra, which I declined, however I then saw my bags going up to my room. So I was slightly confused why I would be charged and yet my bags were taken to my room earlier than the prescribed check in time.

Very comfortable bed.
Lovely swim in warm pool under the stars!
Breakfast plentiful and staff available if any questions.

Cons:

Expect better inroom dining options gor 5 star eg. Sandwich. No option to make request completely rigid poor selection Also looked for biscuits...none in room or available! Please consider making a few locally made biscuits available.
An addition of a sauna to pool facility would be welcome.
