Nice, but restaurant incredibly expensive for tiny portions.
Pros:

The breakfast had good variety. The location was good. The staff were on the whole friendly, though could be a bit impatient and came across as insincere and unfriendly at times.

Cons:

The restaurant was excessively priced for a la carte menu at night. The markup on the wine was ridiculous - $25 retail and $80 from the hotel bar for the same bottle of wine. The meal was well cooked but the portion tiny. I was hungry after the meal. The room was made up well, but NOT ONCE did the room cleaning staff fold up my pyjama shirt and put it on the pillow as what normally happens in any hotel worldwide. It was scrunched up and put on the bedside table or left halfway down inside the bed so that it took me an hour of searching to find it.

I always feel safe and welcome at this hotel when I am travelling alone.
Pros:

The quality of the rooms and facilities and the cleanliness. The staff were also very accomodating and so helpful and friendly.

Always stay here when we are in Perth. A little luxury away from home.
