Good location, great restaurant.
Terrible view, not the cleanest room, lots of cleaning trolleys in our hallway.
Hotel is perfect, spotless clean with fantastic staff.
Everything was perfect
The room was nice enough but nothing special
The free wifi was virtually useless. The 'smart' TV meant you could chromecast to it, but with the terrible wifi it wasn't possible - you had to pay to upgrade. Movies channel $ - every turn there was a request for more money!
Staff very welcoming. Champagne on arrival. Water offered when I picked up my car. Late night Affagato was delicious.
Could hear the guests above, but not bad.

The buffet breakfast was utterly amazing. Was a great way to start each day. Staff were excellent and so helpful and friendly.
Nice feature of having a light in the wardrobe that automatically turned on when you opened the door.
Room layout was a little odd with only one lounge chair to sit and watch TV for a room for two people. Pillows were awful.
Annoying that the fridge was hidden in a cupboard as it meant opening two doors to access things from the fridge.

Expensive parking , bath in room was small, spikes under carpet edge at bath room entry could feel on feet and no access to balcony and no free movie channel

I found the bed slightly less supportive on one side than the other, but it didn't detract from my sleep. The wifi in our room was not easy to reconnect to, as soon as downstairs connection to same wifi from same device was instant. Front desk mentioned they would request technical assistance, suspected router fault.
