Pros:

Had a brilliant stay.The lifts were broken but the lovely receptionist I think her name was Breanene a beautiful coloured girl helped us to our room with our bags.She also arranged for us to be on the 1st floor because the lifts were out of order.Honestly ...all the staff were polite,friendly and couldn't do enough for you.The staff at the swimming pool provided us with little plastic bags to put our wet swimwear in.The massage we had was fantastic. Very clean.Food was great.I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.Ten out of Ten guy's!!!

Cons:

I liked everything. I don't really do reviews but had to give the hotel it's due ...facilities are excellent the pool , sauna, gym are spotless.

I had £150 took out my bank account saying they smelled smoke in room which is totally wrong the lift not working no 1 to help with bags all in all definitely not worth the money

Clean room. Nice staff
Pros:

Comfy room. Clean and spacious

Cons:

Missed the welcome cookie we got last time.
Lift was broken .
Tepid water so the longed for bath was rubbish.
Having stayed before we were expecting a similar experience but left very disappointed. We'll try again and see.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Clean lovely hotel, great facilities and amazing staff, breakfast was the perfect start to each day. Highly recommended will certainly be back

Disappointing stay. Not what I would expect from a Hilton
Pros:

The positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were lovely, friendly, and welcoming throughout. Unfortunately, everything else was quite disappointing.

Cons:

We ordered food in the evening, and the quality and portion sizes were particularly poor for the prices charged. My chips and tomato ketchup cost £5.95, but there were probably only around ten chips in the basket, which certainly wasn't enough for a portion. I also ordered bruschetta for £10, but the bread hadn't even been toasted, so it was essentially just bread with tomato on top.

My friend ordered haggis bon bons for £10.95 and received just four small pieces, which were so hard they were almost inedible.

On returning to our room, we found it quite cold and struggled to get warm. There was also only one pillow each, with no spare pillows available in the wardrobe.

Breakfast the following morning was another disappointment. The choice was very limited, with boiled eggs, beans, sausages, scrambled eggs. As a veggie I opted for beans on toast. The beans were cold, and overall the breakfast was well below the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category.

I appreciate that hotel drinks can be expensive, particularly in a Hilton, but the issue here was the overall quality, portion sizes and standard of the food and accommodation.

The spa facilities were good, and the staff deserve credit for their friendliness, but unfortunately these positives weren't enough to make up for the rest of the experience.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed it, so this was particularly disappointing. Having stayed at other Hilton hotels, I honestly don't feel this experience was comparable. Perhaps staffing pressures played a part, but the overall standard needs significant improvement.

Sadly, I left feeling that the stay was poor value for money and not the experience I would normally associate with the Hilton name.

For what we needed for this stay it was perfect.
Pros:

Room was perfect for my friend and i, the spa treatment was lush as was the leisure facilities. Bit short on towels for two, i brought one with me, im sure the staff would have supplied another if i had asked.
We had dinner here too, it was okay, the restaurant felt a bit like a "pop up" in reception.

Cons:

The location, if i am being honest, Just to keep in mind that if you like to head out on foot, there wasn’t any grounds as such to take a walk in, we strolled the industrial estate after dinner haha.

Great stay and a great hotel with superb staff
Pros:

Rooms were a great size and the staff were super helpful. The spa facilities were also very good. The location was close enough to Glasgow for the purposes of our trip. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Third bed not setup in the room to begin with and not enough pillows. Staff did as much as they could to help. Would be good to be able to stream to the TV rather than just the channels available. More veg and vegan options for breakfast.

Pros:

Overall our 2 night stay was amazing! Hotel was clean, room was spacious. Close distance to local shops and restaurants in nearby towns. Spa facilities were fantastic. Only downfall was I had paid for the romantic package to be included and was meant to be set up on our arrival but this wasn’t the case, I then had to ask the reception to prepare it a second time while we were out the room but this didn’t happen either so I had to go down a further time and ask them to do it after 3 attempts the package was in our room and staff done an amazing job.
I would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay again
