H10 Conquistador

The last time I came to Tenerife I visited this hotel, this was pre Covid I had an okay stay but was let down by a few points which I had made a review about. Few years later I decided to come back to Tenerife with my 4 year old and didn’t realise I had booked the same hotel until I arrived at the lobby and it looked very familiar and I thought oh no!
But I had such a lovely stay this time no faults on anything. Staff are lovely, location is lovely, lots of space around the children’s pool although we did arrive at the end of the Easter holidays so this may have played a part. We arrived early and I didn’t realise check in was 2pm which was fine I was happy to sit and wait, they gave me and my daughter a complimentary drink and then the room was made available much earlier than expected.
The room was nice and comfortable, this time I stayed in a smaller room which was a double room with a sea view and balcony which was big enough for just me and my daughter and preferred a sea view as the evening entertainment would have been a bit loud for my daughter to go to sleep.
We stayed half board which worked for us as we were always out and about during lunch time so breakfast and dinner was perfect. Food was great, lots of choice and lots of seating and staff are great too.
I’ll come back the next time we go to Tenerife for sure

We had the best time at the Hotel Conquistador! We had 3 rooms all on the same floor, we were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday. The staff all worked extremely hard to ensure had a great holiday. Rooms cleaned every day, food was wonderful, we went all inclusive, coffee shop was fab, the pool bar was amazing and not forgetting the van near the infinity pool, the bar staff at the pool couldn’t do enough for you . Entertainment was great. Kids enjoyed the evening entertainment something for every age. We were very lucky to be able to join in the celebration of canary day, fantastic! Dancing, food, drinks you and great display of what the locals make and their history. We had a birthday celebration dinner in the Teppanyaki restaurant , the host made it fun and the food was delicious.
My sister and son flew in from Australia to stay with us and weren’t disappointed. We will be back soon !

On our arrival every thing went fine, attentive staff nothing phases them.
The rooms are cleaned to good standard, food variety is immense as well
tasting good. The pool area is so very good ,loads of spaces and sun beds
aplenty. Well stocked drinks bar , a place to have a break from the heat of the day.

An absolutely amazing hotel, lovely friendly staff and great service. Couldn’t recommend it more for couples looking for a relaxing break. Very inclusive of all cultures and nationalities. A total tonic for those looking to escape normal life! Cannot thank you enough, will definitely be back x

This is are 5th Stay at the hotel and once again it was amazing not one issue was had we booked the privilege package and had room 805 which the views was stunning I cant remember the lovely ladies name that checked us in and gave us the all the information regarding the privilege service we made full use of it was calm and peaceful we had the cooked breakfast in la carte restaurant and it was lovely. The food yet again varied everyday which we loved. The day activities where really good and the evening entertainment had a different variety each night we loved seeing Miss Music Band again and also Party Max who knows how to party and get Guests up dancing and singing. The animation team are good but two of them did not speak to us but we always made the effort to say hello and they where brilliant with the Kids. But we want to say a massive Thank You to Max Jarlan the head of the animation team this gentleman is a credit to the hotel and his team he brings such a smile to the guests face his aqua gyms are the best we have gotten to know him over are past stays and he makes us feel so welcome. Are room was clean spotless and all the staff in the hotel was always helpful and pleasant we cannot wait for September to come back for out 6th Stay. Lisa and Rob

We are regular travels to Europe and have over the years stayed at many hotels. I can honestly say I would put this in our top 3. Great location. Although a large hotel, it was very spacious and well organised. Rooms was spacious and very clean although the bathroom was a little quirky ( Room 443). I would have preferred the air con a bit cooler but that is personal choice. Entertainment staff were excellent with plenty to keep you busy. Special mention to Max. If you get a chance to see him sing in the piano bar you wont be disappointed. His enthusiasm is infectious. Food and drinks were excellent. Food was varied. It was hot but not boiling hot as is norm in europe. Staff all very friendly and professional. Pool not cold, layout beautiful and pool area was great. Overall fantastic hotel and great value for money. I would add that this is a large hotel and we travelled in June. I would be interested to read feedback from a trip in August

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We've stayed at H10 Palmeras before, but Conquistador surpassed our expectations in every way. The level of service, attention to detail, and kindness from the team was simply exceptional.
We were completely surprised and delighted to receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite with a sea view — such a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more special.
Every single day has been a joy. Whether it was the incredible pool team, the restaurant staff, reception, housekeeping, or the entertainment team, everyone played a part in making our holiday unforgettable. Although we didn't manage to catch everyone's names, every member of staff deserves recognition and praise.
What makes this hotel truly special isn't just the beautiful surroundings—it's the people. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. The General Manager should be immensely proud of such an extraordinary team.
Thank you, Conquistador team, for creating memories we'll cherish for a long time. You've made this holiday truly magical, and we leave with grateful hearts. We are beyond impressed and cannot wait to return. ❤️

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staff are so friendly but also very professional at what they do, and I mean from cleaners right through to senior management, well done one and all. Try Menceys at lunch time for a lighter lunch and cracking atmosphere. Steak house, Italian and bars all were great.

Superb service, room was upgraded to junior Suite with seaview without request, it was a very nice surprise. This is our second time saying with H10 in Tenerife, comparing to H10 Palmeras it is way way better in terms of service and rooms, all staff are so friendly, service in pool bar was outstanding, compliments to all pool bar team, didn't catch the names but all fantastic.

I rated this hotel 3 stars due to a horrible experience with one of their security guard.
The said guard put his hand in front of my face and told me he's not interested whilst I was talking, when I was trying to explain that another couple who he was very rude to were only asking for help. The receptionist were like robots and not interested to support. The GRO gave us vouchers as an apology gesture to use the indoor pool which was useless as they gave them to us the night before our early flight departure.

Apart from that, me and my husband found this hotel okish. All inclusive option is good but surprised that some other restaurants in the hotel are not included. The coffee shop downstairs is included from 17.00 onwards. The drinks bar on reception level is great. They serveds branded drinks which was appreciated. Dinner buffet is repetitive. Most of the cold dishes have been in and out of display for few days and some did not look fresh.

Our room with balcony and partial seaview is good. the hotel's location is good, not in busy area but an easy walk to the strip and beach.

The only friendly staff was the lady at the coffee shop.

Ok hotel but will not use again in Tenerife
