Luxus élmény egy 4 csillagos szallodatol!
Pros:

A szálloda csodalatos, szép új igényes kialakítás. Személyzet 10/10!! A szobánk 5 fős családként tökéletes volt. Nagy terek, kényelmes 3 kisgyermekkel. Az ételek finomak voltak, nagy volt a választék és változatos is volt! A medencék tökéletesek, all inclusive ellátás nagyon megéri!! Finom ételek, koktélok, italok, kávé, minden elérhető a nap bármely szakaszában. Gyerekeknek fagylalt is!!

Cons:

Felületes takarítás, nem volt ágynemű csere 6 nap alatt…

La limpieza de la habitación podría ser mejor (desde que llegamos a que nos fuimos hubo un paquete de galletas debajo del sillón)

Hotel moderno e pulitissimo. Struttura molto grande adatta a soddisfare ogni tipo di richiesta dei clienti. La camera Emblem veramente bellissima con accesso diretto alla piscina. Ampia offerta di ristoranti.

Te cambian de tipo de habitación sin avisarte y sin darte solución

El personal no directivo

Cons:

El personal directivo que nos cambió unilateralmente de habitación sin habernos consultado previamente.
Queríamos una suite compartimentada y elegimos la suite Premier Emblem y cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que nos la cambiaban por una más pequeña y no compartimentada que era la suite junior Emblem que si bien tenía acceso a la piscina no era eso lo que habíamos reservado ya que priorizamos el compartimentar la habitación. Esto nos lo comunicaron nada más llegar al hotel. Nos dijeron que esa noche durmiéramos así que tenían overbooking en nuestro tipo de habitación y que al día siguiente nos lo solucionarían . Fueron pasando los días y a pesar del compromiso personal del subdirector nos fueron dando largas día tras día hasta que nos cansamos de reclamar. Nuestra estancia fue de ocho días y ni siquiera tuvieron ningún detalle para compensarlo más que el silencio. Aconsejamos a quienes cojan este hotel que se cercioren de que les van a dar la habitación que han reservado y pagado. Si lo hubiéramos sabido con antelación habríamos cogido otro hotel con el tipo de habitación que queríamos. Por lo demás no tenemos ninguna queja ,sobre todo del personal q estamos encantados ,de Geri Renata Rita Laura y Carmen

Ottimo!
Pros:

Location bellissima, rinnovata e molto accogliente. Ospiti per la maggioranza inglesi, ma menù vari per soddisfare ogni gusto. Spazi molto ampi e ben gestiti.
