Staff were very helpful and the location was beautiful
The floor was dirty but if you wore flip flops it was fine
The room was spacious and comfortable
The television and internet was not good: the buffet breakfast could be improved also and the coffee that is served
Top deck bar and pool. Reception is very nice. Staff are friendly and efficient ..
Hotel situated on busy street so you need to be careful when crossing road etc.
Basen na dachu robił wrażenie, dobrze wyposażone lobby ( jeśli trzeba poczekać na dostępność pokoju), codzienna wymiana ręczników, siłownia czynna od wczesnych godzin
Monotonia jedzenia - mieliśmy na szczęście tylko śniadania z noclegiem, ale były bardzo średnie. Codziennie dosłownie to samo. Przy 5 noclegach było to uciążliwe.
Czystość, a raczej jej brak. Mimo sprzątania podłoga była brudna, a dodatkowo mieliśmy przyjaciół w postaci karaluchów. Mimo zgłoszenia recepcji o sytuacji i zapewnienia z jej strony o sprawdzeniu i posprzątaniu robale leżały nadal.
Restauracja przy lobby mająca kącik na dzieci ( mimo zamówienia obsługa zwróciła uwagę, że bez jedzenia nie można z tego korzystać)
Obsługa baru przy basenie - niekompetentna i niestety nieogarniająca ( pomylone zamówienia, niedostarczenie pełnego zamówienia, błędy w naliczaniu cen)

Tout a été fait et pensé pour nous recevoir, pour nous satisfaire, c'était vraiment incroyable, vraiment je ne m'attendais pas à un tel accueil !
Merci à l'ensemble du personnel pour la propreté, leur gentillesse et leur amabilité car cela a été parfait du début jusqu'à la fin. L'hôtel a tout fait pour répondre à l'une de nos demandes, et on fait plus qu'y répondre, ils ont fait vraiment mieux !
