Pros:

Może zacznę od tego że na dachu jest przepiękny widok i dwa baseny. Cudo! Dla samego widoku warto tam się zatrzymać. Jest bardzo czysto w hotelu i pokojach. W pokoju było wszystko co potrzebne, nawet mikrofala, mini kuchenka, czajnik. W zasadzie wszystko co potrzebne jest. W recepcji jest bardzo miła, pomocna obsługa. Śniadania przepyszne, szwedzki stół i ogromny wybór. W całym hotelu jest czyściutko. Okolica poękna blisko zabytków i przystanku. Wzdłuż pełno sklepów i restauracji. W hotelu też jest super restauracja. Polecam!!

Cons:

Zameldowanie dopiero o 15:00 ale mają przechowalnie bagaży.

Toller Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Hotel vorallem das Topdeck mit Pool und Bar.
Pros:

Ünteratützung vom Personal, Abendessen war extrem gut jeden Tag andere Nationalitäten sowie Internationales Essen angepasst an Länder (Halbpension deshalb Pflicht!!)

Cons:

Zuerst wurden wir in ein Zimmer im unteren Geschoss eingechekt. Das Zimmer war solala und die Terrasse war ins Innenhof gerichtet wo die Klimaanlagen draußen sehr laut waren. Nach anfrage wurden wir kns 1. Obergeschoss gewechselt. Das Zimmer war um ein Vielfaches schöner und ruhiger.

Overal very good, nice standart, very realaxing, good area with nice little shops, restaurants etc.
Pros:

the standard room we had was a great size, I think not so common in other hotels. It was nice to feel I don't have to compromise the space for us and luggage! The roof/pools area was amazing and clean, really nice and the view, of course. All the staff at reception and bars and cleaning staff so kind and humble. Plentiful breakfasts, we enjoyed the choice and we naver wasted any food.

Cons:

This is not a complaint, it is just a practical thing, I'd have loved to have a normal socket in the bathroom for my own hairdryer. You only have a socket there for a shaver. Our balcony located above the street had a very dirty floor, which I understand is from the street cars, heat, sand etc. But it would be good to give it a wipe off before new people arrive in the room. I loved to sit there in the evenings with a cup of tea (you provided in the room with a kettle), but my feet were soo dirty from there and consequently we brought the dirt onto the room floor.

Camera grande e accogliente.
Buffet della colazione e della cena con tanta scelta ma di qualità tra sufficiente e buono.
Piscina sul tetto al 7 piano con un panorama fantastico.
Personale gentile e professionale, Andres ci ha risolto velocemente un problema con la prima camera non di nostro gradimento.

La prima camera aveva il balcone con vista muro.

Pros:

The rooftop swimming pool and the restaurant Tosca are great.

Although in the first night the hotel could not give us the room we booked (superior twin with city view), this was resolved on the second day and a bottle of wine was offered as compensation. The new room was very good, meeting the expectation, and the gesture was very much appreciated.

Cons:

Upon arrival it was unpleasant to realise that the room I had booked was not available.

The breakfast, despite having a lot of variety, I did not feel that the quality of certain things was excellent (e.g. of things which quality should be improved: orange juice, bread, croissants).

In the swimming pool many people reserve sun beds without being there. It was quite unpleasant having to sit in a normal chair in the sun at 3pm when some sun beds were booked for hours without anyone.

These are the main reason why I don't give a higher classification.
