ستتكررر التجربة ولكن في غرفة اكبر.
Pros:

الاستقبال ، المكان الشرح ، تنوع المطاعم وجودته، الالعاب المائية، الهدايا المقدمة لنا، التجهيز لكيكة لنا، اللقطات الفوتغرافية، الموظفين، رائحة الغرفة جميلة، الصابون واللوشن رائحته ممبزة، وجود شطاف في الحمام، كثرة المسابح والجلسات..

Cons:

الثلاجة لا تعمل، ارضية الغرفة تحتاج الي غسيل وتنظيف، النامس في البلكونة وقليل في الغرفة، الشاطئ .

Very clean, beautiful resort, helpful staff, very nice rooms.

Cons:

INTI restaurant was ok, but in our opinion, the hotel’s buffet was amazing and tastier. Many option and very clean.

Prachtige accomodatie, teleurstellende prijzen
Pros:

Prachtig domein en faciliteiten.
Lekker eten.
Attent personeel aan de balie (upgrade honeymoon)

Cons:

Weinig privacy. Personeel kwam om de haverklap aankloppen voor handdoeken, controle minibar, ... . Voelde eerder als controle vermomd als service.
De drankprijzen zijn zelfs voor een vijfsterrenhotel onaanvaardbaar. 40 euro voor een modale fles tafelwijn is ridicuul. Hierdoor hebben we minder geconsumeerd en hebben we meer gewinkeld in de supermarkt. Geld dat we bereid te spenderen waren in het hotel, mits de prijzen een beetje de normaliteit zouden benaderen.

breathtaking and absolutely safe and awesome
Pros:

The buffet were my favorite as I could have a variety to pick from, beaches were breath taking, my room was just decent enough ,the staff were super polite and always helpful ready to capture every moment ,always on time when you call for service .

Won’t recommend as a 5 stars resort
Pros:

The highlight was undoubtedly the dining. The restaurant offered an excellent variety of food with something for everyone, and this was the strongest part of the overall experience.

Cons:

LUX* Grand Gaube has the potential to be an exceptional resort, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the expectations associated with a five-star property.

The biggest concern was cleanliness and maintenance. The jacuzzi was visibly dirty, with stains and residue that suggested it had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The walls around parts of the property also showed noticeable dirt and wear, giving areas of the resort a tired and poorly maintained appearance. For a luxury resort, this was disappointing.

Service was another weak point. It took us over 1 hour since arrival to check in. Staff were consistently slow to respond, and throughout the stay the resort felt crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere many travellers seek in Mauritius.

Een prachtig luxe resort met fantastische service, heerlijk eten en de perfecte plek voor een onverg
Pros:

Onze verwachtingen zijn echt overtroffen. Het resort is werkelijk waar een paradijs. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen voelden we ons ontzettend welkom. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, het eten was elke dag weer fantastisch en er werd geweldig rekening gehouden met onze allergieën en dieetwensen. De verschillende restaurants zorgen ervoor dat er genoeg variatie is om te eten en zijn van hoge kwaliteit. Omdat we op huwelijksreis waren, werden we bovendien extra in de watten gelegd, wat ons verblijf heel bijzonder maakte.

Cons:

Het enige echte minpunt vonden wij de watersportactiviteiten. We hadden juist voor dit resort gekozen vanwege de vele inbegrepen activiteiten, maar waterskiën, zeilen en andere watersporten waren regelmatig niet mogelijk door eb, vloed of de weersomstandigheden. Dat was voor ons wel een teleurstelling.

Verder zijn de prijzen van drankjes wel enorm hoog. Dit maakte dat wij iets minder vaak in de bar te vinden waren dan we zouden willen.

Beautiful Property, but Impacted by Cleanliness & Pests
Pros:

Lovely property, generally the staff were nice, especially Ashwan at breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the food at BB's, the Bourdin Blue, and the buffet at the Palm Court. 

However, I found the dinner options at Beach Rouge and Creole Smokehouse to be just average. The lunch menu at the smokehouse offered better choices (smokehouse esq) than dinner, which primarily consisted of curries. I think some of the lunch options could be a great addition to the dinner menu.

There was also a variety of activities to participate in, I enjoyed the yoga and found the I-Photography workshop helpful.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms could be greatly improved. There were numerous scuff marks and stains on the walls and phone that could have been cleaned. I also unfortunately had to deal with tiny ants throughout my stay. The first time I called, housekeeping came and sprayed the impacted areas that night. However, the next morning, I awoke to more ants that had now gotten into my suitcase. I called guest services, and they said they'd have housekeeping do a deep cleaning, but ants remained.

I also participated in the Rum Experience, which I did not enjoy. I believe that activity is not suitable for children. Although the property itself was nice, the quality of the room is enough for me to choose a different property if I ever visit Mauritius in the future.

Pros:

Das Personal war jederzeit super freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen war super. Halbpension lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach, da das Essen ansonsten sehr teuer ist und es eher kleine Portionen sind.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Hotel empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider gab es doch etwas was nicht so schön war. Und zwar war unser Zimmer etwas runter gekommen.
Wir waren auf der Insel auch in einem anderen 5 Sterne Hotel und dort hatten wir dies nicht. Somit waren wir da etwas enttäuscht. Wir durften unser Zimmer zwar tauschen, aber auch in dem zweiten Zimmer war es nicht groß besser. Die Anlage ist schön, aber müsst einfach etwas besser gepflegt werden damit es so schön bleibt. Ebenfalls ist der Strand in dem Resort ehrlich gesagt nicht der schönste auf Mauritius. Wer nur auf Strandurlaub aus ist, dem würde ich ein anderes Hotel eher empfehlen!

A brilliant week in paradise in beautiful Grand Gaube
Pros:

Spotless, amazing beaches and adults only area with 5 star service from Ansh daily.
I liked the water sports were included which meant snorkelling reefs a 10 min boat ride, paddle boards, water ski etc were all available daily and really cool additions.
Mini bar and the snacks in the all inclusive package were great and refilled daily.

Cons:

Our room had a drain smell in the bathroom in the wellness section.
