Important information:

Please note, the hotel is only reachable via a cable car, free to hotel guests. The cable car is only open until 16:30. A shuttle service at a surcharge, is available before and after opening and closing times of the cable car.

Late check-in is only possible on Saturdays and until 19:30.

A resort fee, applicable from November to April includes access to the spa, gym, solarium and games room, as well as entertainment and kids club.

Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

The Gala Christmas dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €50.00 per person.

The Gala New Year's Eve dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €70.00 per person.
A deposit may be required at the property.

IL personale cortese e disponibile, tutti estremamente educati e simpatici. Le escursioni intorno alla struttura, la tranquillità, il paesaggio.

Cons:

L’hotel è raggiungibile ESCLUSIVAMENTE tramite una funivia, la cui ultima corsa è prevista alle 16:30. Questo rappresenta un limite significativo, in quanto condiziona notevolmente la libertà di movimento e, di fatto, consente di organizzare solamente escursioni e visite nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura. Dopo tale orario, infatti, non è più possibile rientrare in hotel, rendendo poco agevoli eventuali spostamenti verso altre località.

Simple hotel with great place
Pros:

The location is after taking the cable car up in the mountains, and you have to leave your car in the parking lot in the city. The location and view are great, the windows look out onto the Cervino. The room has very little space, the amenities are simple. The hotel is for mountain tourists, ordinary, everything is a bit outdated, but adequate. It has several terraces, a restaurant and a bar. A big advantage is that you can get up earlier than other hikers who leave town, so you are one of the first at the top.

Cons:

The breakfast is very simple, there is little fresh food, there were no vegetables or fruits, coffee and drinks of very poor quality. During dinner, only the soup served was tasty enough, the second courses - both veal and fish - were inedible, but there was a good salad bar at the beginning, so if you come for dinner a little later - there is nothing left. The same goes for desserts and fruits. Water is not included and is very expensive like in a bar. Check-in was easy, but check-out had to wait more than half an hour for the administrator to come to work. The staff does not overdo it. No explanations.

ECCEZIONALI LA POSIZIONE E LO STAFF. L'HOTEL è POSIZIONATO AL CENTRO DELLA VALLATA AI PIEDI DEL CERVINO, UN PANORAMA IMPAGABILE. LO STAFF (TUTTO) SI è DIMOSTRATO MOLTO ACCOGLIENETE, ALLA RECEPTION, AL BAR, ALLA SALA PRANZO ED ANCHE L'ASSISTENTE ALLA PICCOLA SPA. LA COLAZIONE ED IL BUFFET DI APERITIVO BUONI, BUONI ANCHE I SERVIZI NONOSTANTE L'HOTEL SIA DATATO.

Cons:

DA MIGLIORARE SENSIBILMENTE LA CENA, PIù PRECISAMENTE IL PRIMO (PASTA SCOTTA E SPAGHETTI SPEZZATI) ED IL SECONDO, MENTRE GLI ANTIPASTI AL BUFFET SONO VALIDI, COME ANCHE LA COLAZIONE E L'APERITIVO. SUGGERIREI DI PREPARARE PIETANZE PIù SEMPLICI E PIù IDONE AD UN CONTESTO DI MONTAGNA E DIVENTERETE UNA STRUTTURA DA 10 SOTTO TUTTI GLI ASPETTI

Perché ama la montagna, è perfetto!
Pros:

Situato in una posizione fantastica per chi ama la montagna, è perfetto. Con il costo della camera è compreso anche il servizio della funivia che porta da Breuil Cervinia all’Hotel stambecco che può essere utilizzata per tutta la durata del soggiorno. L’hotel si trova proprio all’arrivo della funivia.
Fare colazione e cena con vista sulle montagne a 2500 m è meraviglioso. Offrono inoltre un antipasto per gli ospiti alle 17.
Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Qualche piccola disattenzione dello staff, ma il prezzo e la posizione hanno compensato tutto.
Anche la mia cagnolona Zoe ringrazia per l ospitalità e le passeggiate favolose.

Cons:

Il personale leggermente impreparato in certe situazioni, ma cmq sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Sono giovani e si può sempre migliorare

Relax e silenzio
Pros:

Posizione fantastica, relax completo nel silenzio più assoluto sopratutto dopo l'ultima corsa della funivia che porta a Cervinia. Belle escursioni anche senza allenamento grazie alla funivia che porta a cime bianche e plateau Rosà 😍
