Pros:

I loved the hotel's proximity overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Very clean, staff friendly. Not a high-rise.

Cons:

Lifts were very slow.
Service at poolside bar was extremely slow and we were not permitted to go up to the bar ourselves to order a drink

Pros:

Perfekte Lage in Benidorm! Auch der Strand war perfekt!! Lido vis a vis, war alles gut. Nur ein paar Meter weiter und man findet Felsen im Wasser, also nicht geeignet für Kinder oder ältere Leuten.
Wir hatten Halbpension. Unser Zimmer hatte seitlich Meerblick wunderschön. Abends sahen wir oft ältere Leuten tanzen mit Livemusik, sie hatten viel Spass!
Pool leider auch nicht benützt, da es immer besetzt war. Personal ganz lieb!

Cons:

Bei Halbpension Frühstück und Abendessen war ein bisschen fade, zwar genug zum Essen aber wiederholend. Paella war ok aber auch immer gleich. Ich hätte mehr Fleisch/Fisch sowie weitere Pasta's gewünscht.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, restaurant and food was very good.

Cons:

Lifts dated and annoyingly slow, first room had been heavily smoked in and smelled badly, but we were given a new room immediately.

Pros:

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fueron sus empleados desde el primero al último. Personal de limpieza, recepción, camareros. Todos un 10

Cons:

El bufé debería mejor no es nada del otro mundo siempre lo mismo y si vas a última hora olvídate de cenar

Pool area very small and poor. The rooms are a bit dated.Don't expect any signs of luxury.It’s strange, because the price is quite high.

Cons:

The food was very disappointing. Good choice, but felt it was sitting cooked for hrs, no matter the time we tried and sane for all meals. Wouldn’t book food there again
