Perfect location
Pros:

Stayed in February for 4 nights. This was our first time to Benidorm. Takes a little adjustment in a positive way. The hotel is located on the beach. The coach drop off a few minutes walk away. We had a case it wasn’t an issue. The room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. The room had no balcony, be aware when you’re booking if you want a balcony. The breakfast was superb. We’ll be back in the low season and I’ll use this hotel again

Good 4* Hotel in one of the best locations in Benidorm.
Pros:

Location excellent. Food breakfast & Dinner superb. Poolside service excellent. All staff excellent. Rooms good it ticker all of our boxes. We would certainly return.

Cons:

The only issue we had was when trying to locate the entrance to the hotel car park. Detailed instructions need to be supplied at the time of booking to all guests arriving by car. If no spaces are available it is very difficult to find a place to park.

Stay in Benidorm innside costa blanca
Pros:

Well positioned hotel right on beach and central for shops,bars and restaurants. Seafront room is recommended lovely listening to the waves at night. Food was excellent great choice, staff were very helpful and friendly, I rented a mobility scooter and it was parked at back of hotel with easy access. Would certainly return.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Just back home from a week in this lovely hotel. It was my first time visiting benidorm and I can honestly say I loved it. This hotel is located right on the levante beach front and the views are spectacular. We were in a premimem front facing room and I loved waking up and sitting on the balcony looking over the beach. The room was spacious and very clean with a free complementary mini bar which was topped up if used. The only issue I had was I felt there was a sewage smell from the shower drain that was there everyday but it didnt spoil our holiday. We didnt use the pool facilities as the beach was literally 10 steps away. Being on the levante beach front does come with some noise especially at night when people are coming back from bars at 4am. We went bed and breakfast and only used breakfast once as i didnt particularly like the food. Great selection of foods though especially fruit. The staff were so friendly and helpful and what made my holiday at this hotel was the staff surprised me with a bottle of cava delivered to my room on my birthday with the staff singing to me. It was such a surprise . Id definitely come back here such a good location, minutes walk from the old town and 3 streets back from the strip so you dont hear any noise or commotion from there at all.

Great stay!
Pros:

Disability room was on 5th floor. Very good. Fabulous being able to self propel onto balcony no door lip to fight with

Cons:

Breakfast wasnt hot. One thing to point out. Disability room was very good but people in wheelchairs struggle to self propel on carpet

Lovely comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location on Levante beach front. The hotel is immaculate, rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. We spent 4 nights half board and the breakfast choice was great, dinner was a bit hit and miss but we always found something we enjoyed.
Wine at the hotel was very reasonable given the location. Pool although not huge was adequate and only a few feet away from the beautiful beach.
Overall we had a lovely stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return.
