Such a Pity!
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location a short train ride from Rome after a busy week in the city. The room was a good size and the hotel and pool had a quiet relaxed feel with helpful staff and a good breakfast buffet. Sperlonga is a beautiful town with a beach, marina and an old town to explore.

Cons:

On our second night we arrived back at the hotel to find a large school party of children had checked in. Although they were not around the hotel during the day or at breakfast they were extremely loud and unsupervised in the room next to us at night. Reception were unable to move us to a quieter room as they said the children were spread throughout the hotel. On our last night we had to call the night manager at 2.45am - something we have never had to do in any hotel we have stayed in before. We would not expect a hotel like this to take in such a large party of children and place them around the hotel presumably away from their chaperones. Such a pity as it was a hotel and resort we would have loved to recommend to friends and family but if this is the market they are moving into we would not return.

Super séjour à Sperlonga
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal. A.deux pas du centre historique et à 800 mètre de leur plage privée (à payer en supplément).
L'hôtel dispose d'une chouette petite piscine.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est incroyable avec de très beaux et bons produits.
Le personnel est ultra sympathique.
Nous avions une grande chambre vue sur mer et Le lit était très confortable.

Cons:

Pour le prix, je trouve que l'accès à leur plage privée devrait être inclus et pas en supplément.

Pros:

I am so glad I chose this hotel. We had.a great time as a family of four. Exceptional staffs cheers to, Silvia and Nicholas.
Breakfast was 10/10 with excellent service. Great amenities that you would not find in big hotels. Everything is walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel .

Cons:

Room very small and quite old. The door was not closing properly, had to get the physical key as the card wouldn’t work. Very noisy

Cons:

35 eur om aan het privé strand op een stoel te mogen liggen. Het hotel was niet goedkoop en dan zou een plaats aan het strand mee inbegrepen mogen zijn.

Pros:

The location, cleanliness, staff and general feel of the hotel was perfect. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Cons:

As has been said before, if travelling by train getting to the hotel from Fondi/Sperlonga station is tricky, there does not seem to be any taxis and the bus is infrequent, it would be best to book a taxi with the hotel.
We must have had an economy room as we had no tea/coffee making facilities. Didn't use the beach club as i thought 25E for 2 loungers and an sun shade was too much.
The gym was tiny, but free at least!

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist positiv hervorzuheben, es ist reichhaltig und frisch! Eierspeisen gibt es kostenfrei auf Nachfrage! Gute Betten, täglicher Bettwäschewechsel! Bad modern mit geräumiger Dusche! Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Lage fussläufig zum Meer und Geschäften! Schöne Altstadt!

Cons:

Da es sich um 4 Sterne Hotel handelt muss man gerecht bleiben in der Bewertung gegenüber anderen Hotels, die ihren Kunden mehr Leistung und Service bieten! Der Pool ist zu klein zum schwimmen, insgesamt ist die Poolanlage mit Liegen und Schirmen recht klein für die Größe des Hotels und nicht schön gestaltet! Es gibt keine Bepflanzung dort, keine Handtücher und keinen Getränkeservice! Besonders negativ fanden wir, dass wir am Hoteleigenen Strandbereich 25 Euro pro Tag für einen Schirm und zwei Liegen bezahlen sollten! Andere Hotel bieten das kostenfrei oder sehr viel günstiger an! Und das in der Vorsaison Ende Mai! Fanden wir nicht gut und haben wir auch nicht in Anspruch genommen!

Colazione internazionale varia, abbondante e prodotti freschi e gustosi. Adatta anche a celiaci e vegani. Personale sempre presente pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità. Comodissimo il servizio navetta per la spiaggia dell’hotel; anch’essa bella, confortevole e ben organizzata. Servizio ristorazione in spiaggia top.
