Localização ótima, café da manhã fantástico e equipe do hotel maravilhosa!

Cons:

Quartos velhos, banheiro todo mofado e com iluminação ruim, não é nada do que está nas fotos! Academia fechada segundo eles para manutenção e iria ficar mais uns 10 dias, um dos motivos que fez eu reservar esse hotel foi esse, ainda tive que pagar treino aula em uma academia! Elevador pequeno, mau cabe o carrinho de malas...

Pros:

O hotel é bom, mas carece de um maior treinamento da sua equipe, pois achei despreparada para resolver questões básicas

Cons:

Fui usar a sauna, mas avisei com 1 hora de antecedência para que já encontrasse no ponto de aquecimento ideal, mas quando de fato fui utilizar, a sauna estava desligada. Fui até a recepção e expliquei o acontecido, mas no controle da recepção constava como ligado. O funcionário questionou sobre a veracidade da informação, fato que falei: vamos lá pra vc ver com os seus próprios olhos.
Enfim, muito desagradável

A minha estadia foi tranquila, tendo sido muito bem atendido pela equipe do hotel.

Localização excelente, no coração de Foz do Iguaçu.

Cons:

Instalações antigas. Limpeza apenas razoável. Elevadores pequenos, velhos, não sincronizados/integrados e em quantidade insuficiente para o número de quartos e hóspedes.

Café da Manhã muito bom! E a vista e localidade do hotel é ótima! Os funcionários são muito receptivos e solícitos.

Cons:

O estacionamento poderia ser livre para guardar e retirar o carro, assim não precisaria esperar o manobrista tanto tempo na hora de sair.
