The cleaner came into the room twice on the last night. The first time was at 8:20am and we had just woken up. The pillows were not very comfortable

Actually, in all seriousness, a lot of the plug sockets in the room did not work.
Always stay here when we go to Bristol to see a gig as its near the Fleece. Rooms are always clean & staff friendly. Plus the cookies they give you when you check in are lovely.
Always book breakfast and normally its great, always have cereal then a cooked breakfast but didn't this morning. Normally they have cornflakes or rice crispys as well as bran flakes, muesli but this morning it was bran flakes, muesli & granola none of which i like or my husband. So please can you go back to have a normal cereal alternative too please for people who don't eat bird seed or nutritionally.

It was a really convenient location very close to harbourside, clean and tidy, friendly staff, comfy room. Bathroom modern and good shower with lots of nice toiletries provided. Parking available outside. Free warm cookie on arrival was delicious! Quiet room and we would stay here again.
There’s lots of parking available on site, however we turned up at 7pm Friday evening and there were no spaces left, so we had to park over the road and move over the next day when we saw a space. However it was the Balloon Fiesta weekend so I imagine it is normally okay to find a space!
Also we had a lovely church view room, however the window wasn’t very clean so the view wasn’t very clear and ruined a little.

The hotel staff were very nice, polite and helpful. The room bathroom was nice and it was nice to have tea and coffee. The hotel was clean and the bar was nice with a good range of drinks and snacks. The hotel location was really good

The rooms are a good size and we stayed during a heatwave and the AC was perfect at keeping the room cool.

There are two lifts and one was out of action for the 4 nights we stayed. It's a busy hotel, so it means waiting on the lift for longer than you would expect. I'm sure Doubletree Hilton would agree that guests in a hotel of this size and rating wouldn't expect half the lifts to be unusable for that length of time.
Warm welcome by the staff who we had a bit of banter with. Location was great for our needs. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable with everything we needed.
