Very nice hotel, would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The reception area is very impressive. The room was very nicely decorated and very modern. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

The bar and reception aircon was set too cold. We wanted to get a drink in the bar before we went out, but it was so cold, we didn't bother and went elsewhere.
It was a bit noisy, some loud voices woke us on Sunday morning. Not sure if it was from another room or in the corridor.
Not the hotel's fault, but Bristol loves a church bell on a Sunday morning. The hotel is right between two churches so it was quite loud if you're hoping for a Sunday lie-in.
The car park charge is quite expensive (£20 for 24 hours - or £18 if you pay at reception)

7.00 am - too late. The location is good for catching the train and leaving your car in the paid car park

Cons:

On arrival no welcome cookies. Asked about breakfast - not available. Asked about take away coffee cups told at the bar, bar staff didn’t have a clue eventually found small ones no lids asked for lids got big lids didn’t fit. During the night there was excessive noise including at 5.00 am a member of staff banged on the door opposite for over 10 mins trying to deliver a food order our sleep was disrupted badly. Not good enough. We have stayed several times before and this is the second time that there have been prostitutes openly in the hotel with large groups of men in attendance. On the booking in form you have to put names and address of all adults in the room - what would they have put see Adult work! Not suitable place if this is the norm if you have your children with you or just want a nice place to stay. We travelled to London for the day and were due to pick our car up at 9 that evening, due to a fire at Paddington trains were all delayed. We arrived back at 11.15 ish and enquired about staying another night to be met with no empathy and offered a high charge for a room considering we were returning etc. Not good enough, treating customers in this way does not encourage returns or anything else.

Was alright, ok place, would recommend
Pros:

Staff good, hotel was ok but we had flys in our room even thou windows were shut. Told staff and they said they’d tell house keeping but the flys were there in the night so we slept through it and told them as we checked out.Staff did leave some balloons in the room as it was my partners bday,
