A very welcoming quality stay. This place is now my new favourite stay at bristol
Pros:

The staff were amazing, Really friendly. The rooms are really modern and spacious.

Cons:

The only fault I can say is the air-conditioning did not work at all. I had a fan so it wasn't too bad but would be too hot in the summer.

Stora rum med allt man behöver. Trevlig frukost.

Cons:

Ventilationen på rummet inte helt bra, var väldigt varmt på natten trots att det var kallt ute och ventilationen på lägsta temperatur.

Comfortable rooms, big walk in shower, very friendly and approachable staff always ready to help.

My visit was short and I was out most of the time so I didn’t experience any downsides to my stay.

Pros:

Only a very short stop but receptionist Tom was superb and room extremely comfortable and well appointed.Loved the cookie. Morning receptionist very brave in dealing with very awkward and threatening party

Cons:

One lift was unreliable and stopped several times in transit.Bit scary st 11.30 st night

Exceptional and caring service
Pros:

The staff here are exceptional, I'm staying here as my daughter is currently in the Children's hospital and I am sharing time with her mother. One in and one out.
Last few days I'm running in fumes.
I was greeted by Tom when I first got to the hotel and he sorted out everything for me. Later when I extended my stay I was assisted by Libby who helped amazingly.

I can't fault the staff here.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

All staff were polite and helpful and the location was where I needed it to be for pick up by Rabbies.

Cons:

It was a little disappointing that on my arrival I was told that breakfast was not included, then as I checked out I was told that a complementary breakfast had been available

Amazing Staff and Head Chef Becky and the Team.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the atmosphere made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

A very special thank you to the head chef, ''BECKY''. She is truly talented, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. Her attention to detail, creativity, and warm personality made the dining experience exceptional. She clearly puts passion and care into her cooking, and it really made my stay even more special.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, outstanding staff, and amazing food. Thank you to everyone for such a memorable experience!
