Comfy bed, great location and helpful staff
Bath/Shower very slippy.
Hotel alarm went off during the night twice. No explanation offered until we asked for one. We hope the guest responsible for setting it off in their room was penalised.

loved the great customer service I received when I arrived especially seeing how I arrived before I was supposed to, the cookies where a nice touch. room was nice and big shower was amazing
The morning coffee machine was very cold i had to drink my coffee first, on the day of check out the cleaners kept knocking on the door to see if i was there even though check out was at 12 they started knocking between 9am and 10am and when i was going to check out asked what room i was in even though i felt they knew what room i just came out of. i felt pushed to leave the hotel
All good. I will always try to book here next time Im in Britol. The best one so far in Bristol.
The choices in breakfast were very good. The nespresso machine in the room is one of the good thing. Enough parking and warm hospitality with couple of welcome cookies.

Im Hotel war es Anfang Oktober ziemlich kalt, was sich mit der Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht ändern ließ.
Every member of staff we dealt with were excellent, very friendly and helpful. This started with Liam on reception, through to casual discussions with other reception staff members, a very smiley cleaner and the restaurant staff when we went for breakfast (Good value and quality if pre-booked as a guest at £15). The rooms were clean and though not large, perfectly reasonable. The hotel is reasonably well situated with the train station close by and the centre of town walkable if able bodied. We took an Uber one night and it was about £7, so very reasonable. I was worried about parking my over-sized car, and though there were some tight spaces, there were some generous ones too, which I was lucky enough to get. This option was cheaper and in my view, superior to, Premier Inn.
We had 4 separate rooms and two of us suffered a little from back ache because of the beds. 2, however, thought they were super comfortable. A question of preference. I also personally don't like a shower over a bath as I feel a little vulnerable getting in and out. Others will appreciate the bath, but mentioned as some will lack mobility and be wary, like me.
Great central location and ideal overnight stay for an evening concert.
Car parking is expensive (£20 per night)
The bed and pillows were excellent. Matching up with any top hotel. The room was of a decent size, v clean and comfortable. Great soundproofing. The staff delightful.
The appearance of the hotel from the outside is rather run down and old fashioned, however do not be put off by this.
