Great Location, filthy tiled floors.
Pros:

Location was good. Once you got a key access was good. Lot's of space in the rooms was good. Adjoining rooms, one with kitchen/cooking facilities (room 15) was good as was the walk in shower for our elderly parents. Room 16 with connecting door normal sink, fridge and Tea/Coffee Making facilities. Shower over a spa bath could do with a hand rail on the wall. Both had balconies. Nice pump hand/body soap, I didn't use the shampoo and conditioner in the pumps. Cutlery and accessories in the kitchen areas were adequate.

Cons:

No reception present, eventually go them to call us back to access the safe for our room keys. The rooms looked a little dated though serviceable. Until I took my shoes off walked on the tiled floors, yuck, dirty almost slimy, black feet within 1 minute. There is zero excuse for a floor to be like this. It needs a damn good scrub. Vacuuming alone is not sufficient to clean tiled floors. The A/C in larger room (15) the air coming out stunk, very musty.

Comfortable stay easy check-in and check out. Rooms are beautiful and central to everything.
Pros:

Very central location to everything in the room was actually a lot nicer when we got there and looked in the photos. Mind you it looked lovely in the photos. It was just a lot bigger than expected.

Cons:

Can’t say there is anything that I didn’t like apart from the fact that we had to check out.

Very poor quality and for the price we were astounded.

Location was great for us. not much else was good about this dated property.

Cons:

First up when trying to book in it took an eternity to get through then the lady(for want of a better word) hung up on me! no return phone call so i picked up the phone and called again, got a different lady and she said oh the phone dropped out. Then we get up to the room and the floors are filthy, as if they had not even moped the floors in weeks. Bathrooms had mould and shower screens had bad water marks all over them. Beds were those stupid mattresses pushed together and the pillows were like bricks. Sitting on the couch was comfortable but sticky on the skin like it had not been cleaned for years. The incessant noise from people above/below pushing their chairs across the floor was very annoying. Clearly they have spent no money on this hotel since it was built, everything was old and dated. Chipped tiles, doors swollen and paint worn off.

Pool was nice.
Addie at reception next door was quick to help when our bed and shower fell apart

Cons:

The beds were old and one had to be replaced while we were there due to its poor condition. Bathroom floor was dirty along with the drapes. Generally the place was tired.
Towels cost $20 if you needed a new set before 7bdays was up
Advertised as a luxury hotel .. didn't come close
