Location . Close to food and entertainment .
Pool was nice.
Addie at reception next door was quick to help when our bed and shower fell apart

Cons:

The beds were old and one had to be replaced while we were there due to its poor condition. Bathroom floor was dirty along with the drapes. Generally the place was tired.
Towels cost $20 if you needed a new set before 7bdays was up
Advertised as a luxury hotel .. didn't come close

The location and setup of the rooms for a family of 4 were excellent. Two bedrooms and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay.

pleasant enough wouldn't stay there again disappointed by the trusted Mantra Brand

Room was very dated
bed was really comfortable
Bathroom could have been cleaner attention to detail black mold around the bath
Did not see a single member of staff on check in or check out no reception open keys left in a safe box

Pros:

Spacious room, with great balcony. Lovely pool. Close to everything in Port Douglas.

Cons:

Not much except that there was no coffee. I borrowed it from my friends room and there wasn't any water in the fridge.
