Pros:

NOTHING PREPAID ROOM AND WOULD NOT LET MY STAFF MEMBER STAY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON HIM

Beautiful location lovely staff not quite worth the hype bit frustrating with all the noises in the shower not working p

Noisy sound about every hour hot water system maybe Kept waking us all night, shower didn’t have consistent hot water at night was very frustrating cold then boiling. Fridge wasn’t quite cool and milk was already drunk and opened

Never stay here it’s a disaster!!

Cons:

The room we were given we couldn’t access because the key didn’t work; second option was an already occupied room so back to 1st option 2 hours later!! Appalling management

I loved the privacy of the pool villas.

Cons:

We had difficulty ordering room service on this occasion, time before there was no issue.
Pool House advised drinks were not able to be delivered to Pool Villas.
Splash cafe, phone kept ringing out.

Pros:

Location, pool, layout

Cons:

No poolside lounges are available, as day guests take over everything.
No football game is available on any tv in both bars. Biggest game in Darwin all year, and I can't watch it.

The pool is fantastic but the kids wrecked it for us.
Pros:

Nice room.

Cons:

Kids that should not be there got in and were really bad in the pool for over an hour and no one came to get rid of them in that time. Also the Mercure pool and grounds was not operational and we did not know that.
