All fine 2nd time round
Pros:

The food was lovely, portions a little small and a bit expensive . Room was nice, comfortable bed and good facilities. I would have liked get a treatment in the spa, but that was my own fault for not booking it in time. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Cons:

There wasn't a lot i didn't like. Can't complain about that.

A room with a view with be much better than looking onto the main roof Bar food had limited choice

Pros:

Our bedroom was very spacious, nice view from our window. Lovely spa, which is a nice treat especially if the weather is bad.

Cons:

One evening we decided to eat at the restaurant, the food was pre cooked and we hardly ate anything. Expensive.

Pros:

Receptionists and bar staff very helpful and pleasant. Nice amenities and outdoor seating area was lovely. Overall clean and good breakfast options.

Cons:

The cooler had what looks like mold, didn't put anything in there. Wait staff on first day cancelled our order accidentally and just seemed slow and inattentive.
