Cozy & Comfortable
Pros:

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Close to restaurants as well.

Cons:

I’m travel a lot for my work and stay in many lower cost motels. Art hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the price. Would recommend to any traveler and talked highly about it to my friends.

Overall clean and pleasant, after hours reception could make a few changes.
Pros:

The bed was very comfy, and it had everything we needed for a good price. It had a decent amount of room, all tea and coffee amenities, and a good bathroom. The temperature handles are a bit touchy in the shower but it is overall decent. Notably clean too. The space is also gorgeously decorated, and we managed to snag a parking spot.

My partner checked in before me, it was after hours so the reception desk was closed. He was having trouble with the lock, so he called the after hours number for help. As the booking was under my name they refused to help him, even though he had all the booking reference numbers, information, and the 'on the day' code for the key. Luckily he figured it out himself or else he might have been stuck outside for a while until I returned. I understand certain safety measures are very important at a hotel, but considering the booking was for two people and he had all the necessary references, I was a bit disappointed to learn how it played out. Nothing too alarming, but they should keep this in consideration in future.

Pros:

Beautiful room, so clean. The most comfortable bed. Huge bathroom, large TV. Excellent Wifi.
Enclosed outside space to the room was extra special.
Lots of fabulous art hanging on the walls, the 1870 building oozes character & charm.
Walking distance to the CBD.

Pros:

Good location. Good walking distance to shops and food. Free parking is very convenient. Pleasant ambiance with local artist works. Excellent room.

Cons:

Please read thoroughly when booking, if your room is upstairs, stairs are narrow. Bathroom is quite dated as tapware is falling off. The rest of the room is excellent. However, it is still a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay just a pitty it was not longer
Pros:

On arrival the gentleman who checked us in noticed our mobility issues we both have and moved us to a room with less steps, which we appreciated greatly. The room was clean and inviting. We would like to return at a later date. Thank you all

Cons:

The outside area was glassed off would have been awesome to have it open

The hotel is perfectly situated for a walking holiday in Launceston. I have no hesitation in recommmending it as a place
Pros:

The courtyard is charming. The weather was mild so we ate dinner out there one evening. The staff were welcoming and we had everything we needed. It is close to the city but not too close, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Cons:

There was a small amount of traffic noise at night but it didn’t really bother us.
