Would stay again for convenience
Pros:

Appreciated the heater in the room as Launceston was pretty cold. Check in was convenient as we arrived late. Appreciated the room being made up when we were out for the day. Free parking was a plus

Cons:

The location is a little out of the nicer end of town but it is still very walkable if you are going for a few drinks. Would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room free of charge, the snacks and water left there were over priced.

Pros:

The room has blackout curtains, which made for a great night’s sleep. No light came through the window at all.

Charming old property.
Pros:

We loved this arty type boutique hotel. The location was close enough to walk into town. The room was warm and cosy and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was a bonus

Great value for money and it's a gorgeous, National Trust motel with lots of character.
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to everything. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotless and well appointed. Great value for money.

Lovely hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Super convenient location, lovely decor, comfy bed.

Cons:

The TV in my room wasn't working, but in hindsight that wasn't actually a bad thing. Otherwise, it would be great to see recycling bins for guests in future.

Pros:

Stayed before, always friendly staff, clean rooms, all in all an easy way to spend some time in town when I'm at conferences and events.

Cons:

The water pressure in the upper rooms is pretty lacking. Not a deal breaker but the ground floor has noticeably better showers.

Great Hotel with charm and character, good value and location just on the edge of the CBD.
Pros:

Good location for our requirements. Extremely well maintained, lovely character and charm. The room very satisfactory.

Great location and pleasant stay, welcoming staff.
Pros:

The architecture is gorgeous

Cons:

The building has some serious movement and cracks which need to be monitored. The bathroom needs to be refurbished. It’s aged and would value from an upgrade.
