Pros:

This was a really cool hotel. It was definitely renovated at some point because there was a good mix of old and new. The breakfast was really good. There was a set menu, but as long as they had what you were wanting to eat, they would make it for you. There was a continental breakfast available as well that was pretty standard. The bed was also really comfortable. The location was incredible. Its super close to Canterbury West station and just off the high street. The hotel also does a happy hour just got guest staying at the hotel that is 2 for 1 drinks and charcuterie.

Cons:

These are all super minor. The room was small so some of the furniture choices seemed a bit too big for the space. The sink in the bathroom was also really small with a shlef that came out quite far for the size of sink. I definitly knocked into the shelf once or twice while washing my face or brushing my teeth. Be aware that the bathtub that was in my room was incredibly high, so getting in and out was a little challenging especially with nothing to old onto. If you're taller (I've got short legs), I don't think it will be that difficult. My husband didn't have any issues.

ideal for a short stay to Canterbury and surrounding area
Pros:

breakfast wasPerfect - staff were all great and worked hard to please and it showed.
overall great place to stay

Cons:

the room was hot and airless. had issues opening the window but was resolved. as a front facing it was noisy with window ope ( not the hotels fault) still slept though.
having to pay for parking was slightly annoying but as i had the app already no problems

Excellent stay, lovely room, friendly staff, great location - hope to return.
Pros:

All the staff were friendly. The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed. Location is great. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I had asked for rooms to be close together - they weren't and there wasn't an acknowledgement that this had been a request that couldn't be fulfilled. It didn't really matter in the end but an acknowledgement would have been nice.

Noisy but nice food and staff
Pros:

Staff are lovely, breakfast was nice. Rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

The room we was in was right on the street so it was very noisy. Had to close the window and it was still noisy. Not nice when it’s the summer. Room didn’t have air con which would have been nice.

Legendarisch hotel. Prima locatie.
Pros:

Ontbijt prima. Keuze van de kaart en daarnaast continental breakfast. De locatie en inrichting is legendarisch mooi.

Cons:

De Wifi en televise was zeer matig. Stoorde erg, Kan een moment opname zijn.
